  1. I don't know a single person that would wear that. Not. One. Single. Person. I am sure that the podunk towns that lean Longhorn would find homes for it though. The closest I have ever come to a shirt like that is this one......and I won't apologize to anyone for it.
  2. Imma- "We will just buy what we need as we go and donate it when we get back".
  3. Saw @immamac in Galveston boarding a cruise cruise ship. Thought you were in Bama?
  4. Good thing your grandkids graduated before Texas had to deal with that.
  5. I spent the last two years listening to your opinions about Sark. I don't need to listen to anyone else. You are correct. 7 years ago I didn't think Strong got enough time. See how I owned that?
  6. Not hard to see what is going on out there. When we struggled in the first half it was because of crucial drops. Then when we looked to be having the same inept 3rd quarter like we did all last year it was because we were throwing to the same guys that were responsible for our inept 3rd quarters last year. However, good thing we brought in AD Mitchell. He was responsible for 14 of the 21 we scored in the 4th. The defense and Brooks the other 7. So if you want to say Sark learned anything from last year and turned the corner, maybe he just learned he can't trust X when the pressure is on.
  7. Shemar Turner only had one tackle Saturday. Police a month ago when Shemar was speeding......... Police- "Son you need to slow down. We are gon let you slide. Good luck this season!" Turner- "Thank you officer" A month later Shemar has one tackle against Miami......... Police knock at his door Police- "Son looks like we won't be able to let that speeding slide after all"
  8. It may be horseshit, but I am not in your head. All I know is what I see, and I see you refusing to have reasonable discourse with @Doc Daneeka. I am just an observer.
  9. 3rd and 11 ball through the hands of J-Whitt. Colt had to lob it over #4 Christian Story to avoid it being picked off. Punt 3rd and 6 perfectly thrown ball to X in the end zone and Worthy dropped it. Then Auburn missed the field goal. 3rd and 2 and Sark drew up double short crossing routes. Sanders is supposed to run his route to create a natural pick to free up AD but Sanders runs a bad route and the DB slips right by. Ewers has to basically throw it away.
  10. I feel like he is just treading water until Steve "calls a bad game".

  12. Sark came out and got the ball out quick horizontally which helped to negate the pass rush and get Bama defending the edges. Then when Bama started flooding the short stuff he pitched it over top. He came back to intermediate, and then hit them over top again, and then at the end ran the ball down their throat. This is nothing that we didn't try to do last year. In fact its classic Sark, which he calls the loop and outlines how he attacks here. It's just last year when we tried to do it the throw was off, or the receiver didn't run the correct route or dropped it. Sometimes it was quick pressure that destroyed it like in the Rice game. I am assuming you know this and are simply trying walk @lilMAC25 to the answer, which was the guys on the field didn't make plays last year and this year they did. Last year teams populated the short and intermediate levels and we couldn't hit on the longer stuff to back them off.
  13. It's not racist because you understand that black people in the business world code-switch. It actually shows you know what the fuck is going on. It's what we do to make people feel comfortable with our presence as well as "blend in". Prime does none of that, and this clearly is rubbing people the wrong way as they expect him to rank and file. I get exactly what you are trying to say and it's dead on accurate.
  14. Hey old man. It's 2023, and it's time to let people do what the hell they wanna do. I get it. You have been in the driver's seat of this mfer(this country) for so long, but now other people wanna drive every once and awhile and it scares you, plus Suzy in the back wants to take a little detour and stop to get some chips. All this shit pisses you off because you liked it better when everyone in the car just shut the fuck up and went along for the ride just the way you wanted them to. Just now you looked up and somebody is riding your ass. It's progress, and your old ass is doing 50 in the fast lane. How bout you slide on over to the right and let ole progress pass you by like you are supposed to.
  15. That might be true but most people aren't comfortable enough in 2023 to be yelling stuff like that while surrounded by other people. Those are young voices too. I don't know how other people's kids are but here in the outskirts of Houston where my daughter goes to school kids are terrified of being perceived as racist or homophobic. Sure they might say something off or in a small group, but these kids are actually yelling out racist and homophobic terms where everyone can hear them which usually means they feel like the people around them are in agreement.

  18. Play over and DJ still blocking. Even AD Mitchell caught some running up to celebrate. Reminds me of this......
  19. When they get big-dicked AT HOME after we beat the very same team at their place, it's going to get really ugly for them. They did everything they could to get away from us. They took 4 flights and climbed a mountain to a Tibetan monastery only to be ushered into a room where we were waiting for them. Poor Aggy.
  20. I give the credit to Coach Davis because he said get in the mfer....
  21. I think we are overthinking it here. Last year our only explosive receiver was X. In the second half of this game we only threw one ball to him which he dropped, and no targets in the 4th at all. The rest of the time he was used to take the top off while everyone else got one on one. The result is big plays for Mitchell, Whitt, and Sanders. Last year we tried to put Cain in the role but he was constantly running bad routes or just not giving a lot of effort. We seemingly had no other option which had us targeting X a lot more than we should. You add AD and all the sudden we have two receivers that are a problem one on one. The field is now wide open and this helps Quinn see where the ball needs to go. Defensively, we were good last year but our weakness was our lack of pass rush. All the sudden Burke and Sergio Kindle Jr show up and we have 5 sacks in a single game and 7 in two games. Last year we had 27 sacks total. If we keep at this clip we will have 42 by season's end. We've simply added better players and are benefiting from their productivity. There is no magic elixir. We play that game last night with no AD, Burke, and Hill and we lose.
