  1. "Larry Scott Leadership Conference in Amarillo"
  2. Exactly - white helmets look great when white is one of a team's colors (Texas, Oklahoma State, etc.). But white helmets just don't work for BU, IMO.
  3. Across college football, I generally dislike too many options, especially alternate colors. I hated the black and grey helmets of the Briles era and I'm not a fan of white helmets either. Green and gold are both fine; I like our current green ones better than the yellow gold honestly.
  4. Since the vast majority of other sports had been wearing the "yellow" gold for so long, the AD's goal was to unify all Baylor sports under consistent colors for branding purposes. Many Baylor fans agree with your preference for the true gold helmets.
  5. This was my immediate thought as well. As a Buffs fan, I've loved seeing the ineptitude of the Huskers' chosen one.
  6. Aggy: "Daddy reminded us who we are; we'll be a good girl now"
  7. As a Baylor fan, that was almost worth it. Thujone, you fucking genius.
  8. Kansas and ISU
  9. Hey man, give Colorado some credit; Nebraska's football history literally took a nose dive immediately after Black Friday. A comparison of the 210 games immediately before and after 62-36, as of a couple years ago: W-L Record 180-29-1 (.860) 130-80 (.619) Conf. Titles 7 0 National Titles 3 0 AP Top 10 Finishes 11 0 Major Bowl Appearances 14 1 https://footballscoop.com/news/remembering-day-college-footballs-big-red-wall-fell
  10. As a bear fan there's a lot to sort through but goddamn I'm loving these Aggy tears. Years of bravado and SEC SEC SEC bullshit and now they immediately tuck tail and start crying to the media when big brother and his friend come back to town.
  11. I know y'all shit on 'em a lot, but as a fan of college football I would LOVE seeing Texas play A&M every year again. And UT-Arky as well.
  12. I would think OrangePower
  13. It's 8 conference games now but surely they'd go to 9. If they expanded to 16 but kept 8 conference games, you'd get each team from the other division in Austin once in 16 years.
  14. Checking in on TexAgs:
  15. I'm not most Baylor fans, but I don't get the point in panicking over something I don't control. If the Big XII collapses, I'm just curious to see where it all shakes out. The expanded playoff gives a lot more teams access, so really all I'd care about is hoping we'd end up somewhere with some of the old rivals - hopefully TCU, then Tech, OSU, etc.
  16. Damn I hope they could go ACC. Just such a good fit for them.
  17. Yes and it's glorious
  18. This is solid/ I'd enjoy it, but I think the other 8 would get some looks, particularly ISU, KU, and OSU.
  19. This image is literally the equivalent of watching MTG speak.
  20. So much truth here. I used to read and participate in it regularly years ago, but it's long since become a screaming match between a few extreme internet egos.
  21. SMU is doing well on the recruiting trail right now.
