  1. Like a cat playing with its food now.
  2. I’m sensing some deficiencies in Murphy’s processing speed.
  3. meh. Sark’s calls were dicing them up and defense is cruising. Nothing over the top now.
  4. For fuck’s sake ABC, even free shoes’ fans are ready for this to be over.
  5. You can put your ptsd away for good. That was a beat down. Let me summarize. No, it wasn't a cumfest, td fiesta every drive. But it was still a beat down. It was never in doubt. Never. 661 total yards. Didn't punt once. Not once. They ran like, what, one play on our side of the 50? KAN 3rd down efficiency 0-8 KAN 4th down efficiency 0-2 Time of possession? Texas 40:26 KU 19:34 Brooks - 218 rushing Mitchell- 141- rec Worthy- 93 rec Ewers- 325/1 2rushTD Yes, Auburn needs to step up on clutch kicks. Yes, we all love the 70-0 massacres. But this was a beat down. It was never close. It was never in doubt. YOU might have doubted it, but Leipold never did. He knew the outcome every minute. Fuck ou. You're next.
  6. Many of Bama’s games during their decade of dominance were just like tonight’s game. People expected a blow out every week, but that rarely happened. Bama played very vanilla. Always in control. And games were often close late into the 3rd… and then…. Score. Turnover. Score. Suddenly they just wear your ass out ‘cause they are way better than you. 38-14 40-17 35-10 Get used to it.
  7. RGIII just isn’t really very bright.
  8. This thread is now like a therapy thread where people come to wash clean the decade of fear and doubt. We’re a 5 star studded team improving week to week playing at home against a one trick pony we crushed at their place last year. And we’re on a mission. They’re so screwed.
  9. tldr: grow a pair Are some of you really mewling and sweating over Kansas? It's Kansas. How sad our ptsd has made us over the last decade. Yes, they beat Charlie. Yes, they beat Sark on the 2 pt conversion when we had no line, walk-on LBs, and safeties who didn't want to hit anymore . So I hear that Daniels is good. He lit the slow Mormons up for 130 yards last week. And they were slooooow. Good job, dude. We aren't slow. Yes. He's going to hit a deep shot. Maybe two. Blind squirrel and what not. But most of his day will be running in fear. In case you didn't notice, in addition to a beastly running game (see also Brooks, J.) and the usual receiving corps that has been putting up "who you going to cover" numbers, i.e. Worthy, Whittington, Mitchell, and Sanders, we're starting to add Cook. And Mr. C.J. Baxter isn't going to waste his opportunies when he's getting them. Let's not forget that a major, major ass chewing on special teams took place this week, so expect something special to happen in that arena. Yes. They might get two lucky bombs from sleepy blown coverages, but history has been restored. Twenty something guys made tackles for us last weekend. We're so fucking sickly deep. It's Kansas, y'all. Enjoy another beat down. In our place. btw... want to sell your ticket??? cheap?
  10. Agreed. That was some drive killing shit. But I'm sure that the coaching staff is working on improving his craft or finding other bodies for those schemes. Maybe. Hopefully.
  11. Anyone else notice AD struggle with some blocking last game early on? I have not rewatched to pinpoint the plays, but at least 3 times on replays during the action, it appears he misses or is reluctant and plays get blown up.
  12. Two quick td’s and lots of back ups for the rest of the night sounds about right.
  13. Applaud Arranada for 4th down aggressiveness or laugh at his stupidity in running it?
  14. So much respect for Brooks waiting his turn behind a generational talent. He’s going to wreck shop here and start a machine like bama had for a decade. Come here. Pay your dues. Get paid.
