Haven't watched the video yet, but I read that they targeted lots of rural and Midwest kids that grew up bird hunting because they understand the concept of 'deflection shooting', ie. leading your target.
Same reason mechanized units loved them, as they grew up around large farm equipment and knew how to work on them, fix them, etc.
Um, I’m pretty sure they were taking anyone they could get. They didn’t have the luxury of sorting by region.

Right now, that a fight went deadly is about all we know. The difference between whether it was justified or not, we don't know enough about yet.
Centennial is still a decently nice area right? Most of the national media is framing this completely wrong and making sorta racist assumptions.
I’ve never been to Frisco or even spent much time in DFW. But looking at the TAPR profile (statewide accountability system for schools) for each school, the school that Metcalf went to actually has a lot more economically disadvantaged students and was a lot more racially diverse than Anthony’s school. Centennial (Anthony) is actually 51% Asian and only has about 9% “poor” students enrolled. Memorial (Metcalf) has 21% poor students, and whites making up the largest chunk of the student body, but only at 37%.
and TIL that not all affluent Dallas suburbs are Southlake carroll copies

Peyton made 45 starts in college. Eli had 46. If Arch leads Texas to the NC game with a bye this year, he will have 18 starts under his belt. He ain't leaving that early in his development.
The game is far, far different now than it was back then. Guys are ready faster than ever now and the league puts a gigantic premium on youth when it comes to drafting. If he has a great year he’s gone.

That’s an easy thing to explain to a recruit though. He was asking for far more than he was worth. It wasn’t a money issue

So you follow the Yankees, the Longhorns, and the Gators? That makes all kinds of sense.
Yankees because I grew up hours away from the 2 texas baseball teams and Derek Jeter was my favorite athlete, longhorns because my parents and some family went there, gators because alligators were my favorite animal since I was a kid.
Tldr: it’s America and I’m free to root for anyone I want

That’s nuts if true. I’m part of the Florida gator subreddit, and the common talking point on there is that they don’t have the horses to be competitive in the NIL or transfer portal game. In football anyway, basketball proved to be different.

I know you don't mean it literally when you say every SEC school other than Vandy, but was Florida ever a real player in the bag game? I thought they pretty much sat that out, outside of Urban, but maybe that was wrong and I was dumb to buy into the myth of Spurrier running a clean-ish program and the guys after him not really playing that game.
Florida was pretty much the only SEC school doing things clean and above board when it came to recruiting. They didn’t have any fuck you money boosters, even today. Spurrier took that program from a perennial nothing to a strong force the hard way.

Part 2 of the game is pretty well-known to be hated among the gamer fans. Don’t see why part 2 of the show would be different

Was getting annoyed at all the exaggerated Rockies talk on here. Looked at the standings today, damn they really are uniquely bad. Also lulzed at the Tigers, Yankees, and Rays being the only 3 AL teams with a positive run differential. This sport is broken.

One time a year that I root against Texas. Let’s go Vaqueros.
Fun fact: Rylan Galvan’s twin brother Rene plays for UTRGV

Unless you have an expensive home theater, you won't get the full experience. The sound is rather intense.
Garland might be my favorite writer/director atm. 28 Years Later is gonna rock.
I’ll go into it with low expectations, Civil War had no commentary or point to make and was essentially a mindless film. Which is fine for action movies but don’t try to shoehorn human drama into a movie like that. If this is just explosions and fights and knows it I think it could be enjoyable.

No propane tank is causing an explosion that big. Homeowner was up to some shit.

Guaranteed. You assume correctly. We lose Tuesday games because it's their 1's all jacked up like it's their life's goal vs our 2s, 3s, and some 1s getting some "looks" and working on technique.
UTRGV has a legit shot at the NCAA tourney. They absolutely should treat this game like it’s do or die, because it is for them.

Who gives a shit? He interfered with the play EXACTLY the same way the Yankee fans did. Held the glove, ripped the ball out, could’ve easily injured trout. Astro fans were literally in tears when that happened to Betts, now they’re celebrating this loser just because he faked being sorry after.

He seems like a very shitty person if this is true, and he was a total waste of a roster spot/NIL money for us.
But holy shit is he unstoppable on the jet sweep in EA CFB 25.

Lol at all those loser fucking astro fans on here that talked shit about the Yankee fan taking the ball out of Betts glove. They did the same thing to trout today.

I was always amazed he was rated so highly out of high school. He was 6’6 and like 190 lbs, 2 years later he looks the same. I can’t think of any good QB that skinny

Will probably see once it hits streaming. Looks like a remake of Black Hawk Down.

Yes. This was the other kid I was thinking about.
how about Bradley Stephen’s from the Valley? Though I think it was discovered that they sped his film up?
Back to Vince. We always talk about freaks but at 6’5” 225 I genuinely believe he could’ve run a 4.3 if he cared about it. He let himself go in the pros, physically
Clowney was all upper body. Scout told Dan Patrick before his draft that clowney was going to be a bust
Bradley Stephens film wasn’t sped up, his highlights were all of him just tanking people. But he had nothing on Mishak Rivas. Mishak went on to be an all-conference player for 2 years at Texas State before he flunked out.

They may or may not be out in 15. I'd love to see you do 15 years in prison then come comment about any of this, btw.
I think 30 is plenty for the kid that did this stabbing (frankly I'd find it punitive) and I don't make shit like this about race despite you attempting to will it into existence.
I get that you're either a troll or an accidental troll in wake of your stupidity but there are levels of ignorance that bother me if I don't say anything.
I never said prison was easy. But 15 years for killing someone is comparatively a pretty light punishment. I don’t think any non-mass murdering killer under 18 should be given life. But if I was god of justice those two would be spending at least 20-25 years in prison, as would this stabber.
