  1. It’ll be fine, only one has gone down for the season. By the time we head to Gainsville, we’ll have four legitimate tackle options. Considering no one else goes down. That’s more than most programs I’d say. Notre Dame went into Aggy last year with a freshman guard at left tackle and another freshman playing right next to him at LG. Texas can scheme around one backup. It might be ugly, but I suspect both offenses will look ugly next Saturday.
  2. Who’s getting that start though? If Chatman can’t go, do you slide Baker to the left side and start the freshman on the right side? Can Cole play tackle? You could start Robertson at C. Those combos might be good enough to win. Arch’s legs will prevent their front from pinning their ears back. I still think we beat their ass. Notre Dame & Ohio State dealt with similar problems prior to the season last season and look where they ended up. I think Notre Dame started a freshman guard and LT vs Aggie.
  3. Apparently. If so, my fault. Unaware.
  4. Did he have a knee op in the offseason the public doesn’t know about? I thought that was Shaw.
  5. Chatman is one of the more athletic guys on the line, probably top 3. He’s in his third year. He has played quite a bit in mop up duty. He has faced some of the best pass rushers in the country all year long. I could think of shittier situations. Is plugging him in at LT your best five though?
  6. If Sayin is really 5’11ish, he probably won’t be able to see the middle consistently, if he even had the green light to go there. Ohio State needs to successfully run the ball and take low risk shots.
  7. I may be wrong here, but I don’t recall Chatman ever having knee surgery. When was this? Dude even played fullback some against Ohio State, he looked nimble as fuck in space. He murdered Sonny Styles on the goal line. Bad part is the whole left side whiffed their blocks.
  8. The way Bobby continues to be all cryptic towards the Goosby injury, I’m just going to assume he’s not playing. I think Chatman is more than capable of holding down that spot. I’m not saying he’ll be lockdown, but he wont get ran through. Also he may be just as good as Goosby in the run game.
  9. This guy? Hopefully it doesn’t come to that.
  10. Man, it would have been nice to hang on to John Mills for tackle depth.
  11. Wrecked Clemson too. OU too.
  12. I heard DJ Campbell missed quite a few days of fall camp. Maybe the coaches think he should ride the bench.
  13. Sayin is listed at 6’1 on Ohio States Official Roster. I’m going to assume that’s a football height measurement. Let’s say he’s 5’11 3/4ths. Our Front 7 is huge. I’d be really impressed if he’s able to come out and complete anything downfield consistently. Not only are your sight lines going to be limited, but Texas is going to wreck his pockets. I’m assuming the gameplan will be to dump off the ball to his elite receivers and hope they can YAC it up.
  14. Ash was on 3rd & Longhorn not too long ago talking about that situation. He said the injuries were much less serious than suspected when he decided to shut it down. Some of the symptoms he was experiencing weren’t even related to the concussion he sustained. That’s why he tried to pursue football again after getting to the bottom of it.
  15. I’d prefer Baxter be used sparingly until maybe October. Sounds like he wants to get after it immediately. Hopefully it works out for the best.
  16. I got to see it to believe it that Smith will beat out Lefau. Lefau was cracking in the trenches all season long and the best coverage linebacker at times. It’s hard to unseat the kind of consistency he provides. Lefau had quite a few splash plays, I think if he takes that screen to house vs Clemson he’d have more off-season hype.
  17. Hard to tell. I think I see a 6 in there.
  18. I retract that statement, it was Connor Stroh at RG. My fault yall. I seen a big ass white boy lined up inside and jumped to conclusions.
  19. There’s a new Anthony Hill Mic’d up clip on Instagram. Two take aways. Hill blasted Wisner in pass protection, but Wisner stayed in front of him somehow. That was cool. Stroh had a terrible rep at Guard on a goaline situation, someone just tossed his ass.
  20. I’m the Founder and CEO of the Ryan Niblett fan club. He will be a return game star.
  21. I disagree. For as limited tape there is on Ryan, he flashes constantly. He almost killed a Michigan DE as a lead blocker. His jet sweep vs Georgia was violent, i thought he would be stopped for a loss but he turned it up for like 7 yards. He’s physical as hell on special teams, blocking with purpose and making hits.
  22. The Gladys character was super captivating, something very nostalgic or familiar about her performance.
  23. I’ve noticed more than ever this offseason that I’m not too fond of any of you. Once the conversation becomes non-football, I’m just not a fan of 97% of what I read. Y’all feel the same?
  24. His recruiting scouting report
