  1. Possibility defense might go for making it a crime of sudden passion, knocks down to 2nd degree felony and 2-20.
  2. Official in jail. https://www.dallascounty.org/jaillookup/search.jsp 19048141 Record Detail Name GUYGER, AMBER Race White Sex Female DOB 1988-08-09 Jail Location North Tower Tank Location NGSC20 Bookin Number 19048141 Bookin Date 2019-10-01 04:43 PM
  3. Exactly... that's what I thought sounded worse. Anyone is going to want to know what she was lying about. and she just admitted all the text messages. some with her lover sounds like.
  4. Evidently there are some additional text messages that weren't in the trial she is reading and debating over now. Lot's of head shaking..
  5. Annnddd now they bring up the social media (pinterest) posts.... wtf. guessing jury isnt in yet. And the judge allows them .
  6. Amber's in. still in regular clothes.
  7. Objections overruled. Gonna be able to talk about her denied Fort worth PD application and 3 times she smoked pot in her life. Jury's coming in
  8. Correct. Amber failed a polygraph because she didn't admit to stealing a pencil and brownie from a restaurant she worked at. State wants to admit she failed the polygraph but not why she did. Pot smoking was listed either on fort worth pd application i believe, which she was denied a job.
  9. Sooooo entering the 1 page with the social media names. but not the actual collection of the social media posts???
  10. I agree with your line of thought. In instances like this, how they determine how many years the juror should assign. I gather there will be testimonials by the families and other info given. But is there any guidelines provided to say. if this = 5 years, or if this = 20 years. If there are no guidelines, so many things come into play. the persons believe in does jail ever work as far as rehab.
  11. Breaking news... gotta be in the fight to be first.
  12. COurt is done for the say per wfaa... resumes at 830 tomorrow.
  13. Thanks. I understand what you are saying.
  14. Well i jumped in late. i intend to go back and read the last 15-20 pages this afternoon unless someone wants to point to a certain post on that subject.
  15. I fully believe it's manslaughter now that was put back as an option. the public pressure caused the overcharge.
  16. He's getting a little far there trying to "prove" all the things...
  17. It was a horrible accident. How much more profile has it been though due to her being a cop. and then there's the other component...the major driving one.
  18. I agree. But what is the level of punishment that sets off an uproar. Anything less than murder? or just if she get's off completely, which seems less likely now that manslaughter has been given as an option.
  19. Missed him.. saw yall say something about the guy with the beard. will have to rewatch.
  20. Ah.. duh. Nope. wife works at six flags so i think of that being that term instead.
  21. Yea.. the 2nd defensive attorney was slightly stumbling.. and repeating the same things.. not a good look.
  22. No, Arlington is safe. Why do you ask? Because of what I quoted unless SFOT means something else in this instance... Fright fest is going on and people are always looking for a reason to get stupid there...
  23. Let's just say that I wouldn't want to be at the SFOT. ??? has something been stated would happen at six flags over texas???
