  1. Well i jumped in late. i intend to go back and read the last 15-20 pages this afternoon unless someone wants to point to a certain post on that subject.
  2. I fully believe it's manslaughter now that was put back as an option. the public pressure caused the overcharge.
  3. He's getting a little far there trying to "prove" all the things...
  4. It was a horrible accident. How much more profile has it been though due to her being a cop. and then there's the other component...the major driving one.
  5. I agree. But what is the level of punishment that sets off an uproar. Anything less than murder? or just if she get's off completely, which seems less likely now that manslaughter has been given as an option.
  6. Missed him.. saw yall say something about the guy with the beard. will have to rewatch.
  7. Ah.. duh. Nope. wife works at six flags so i think of that being that term instead.
  8. Yea.. the 2nd defensive attorney was slightly stumbling.. and repeating the same things.. not a good look.
  9. No, Arlington is safe. Why do you ask? Because of what I quoted unless SFOT means something else in this instance... Fright fest is going on and people are always looking for a reason to get stupid there...
  10. Let's just say that I wouldn't want to be at the SFOT. ??? has something been stated would happen at six flags over texas???
  11. Seen it twice now. Flew to Chicago to see it in January because the flight and 8th row right side orchestra seats + the airplane ticket were cheaper than the last row of the crappy Dallas theater. Decided I really wanted to see it again soon since Chicago's showing is closing in Jan.. same with San Fran. So we decided to make the trip up friday for the tulsa show. 2 songs in, I was very disappointed. I really didn't care for the performer playing Aaron Burr.. and wasn't a huge fan of Hamilton either... It made me want to book a flight to Chicago again for one more performance. Trying to decide if I'm going to drive down to see Les Miserables at the bass in a few weeks. They aren't coming to dfw this year. Next one I will see in dfw looks to be Phantom.
  12. I see the article you are talking about.. and well Auburn's win does help prop up those SEC members with a chance to contend such as Au, LSU, Bama, UGA. But i get your point too. But I'm also watching SVP on sportscenter ripping Mizzou,, South carolina, and TN.
  13. WOW... Pretty sure it's over.
  14. Is it that big of a stretch? It was the only top 25 game of the week?
  15. It's going to be a long couple of years for ya.. and I'm going to love every moment of it. See ya in a few weeks in Dallas for the party?
  16. Hey It's my turn. Fuck the rest of the conference. Bama's going down this year.. so we are all going to ride LSU's coattails this year...

    Wine

That's beautiful. If I ever get a 2nd one I would love one that style. Picked this one up last year (photos are from the seller not my place). Holds about 425. I have it about 3/4 of the way filled. Had it all organized in cellar tracker until the right side filled in recently. So badly need to pull everything out and organize.
  18. Day 19 update... just cause I haven't in a while. Still going somewhat strong.. gotta keep finding my motivation. Only 1 cheat day 2 weeks ago. Since then have stayed on track. Found out my scale wasn't calibrated correctly. So was only down around 8lbs after my 3 day fast instead of 14. But this morning I checked and down to 228 so down 12 in less than 3 weeks I'll take it. If I can motivate myself to run some I could likely get down to 225 this week.. but the big accomplishment was going into the 3rd belt hole this morning. Down another notch. I need to start cooking some more now, already tired of lettuce wrapped burgers. Need to finish up all the fruit in the house and stop nibbling on that, carbs add up too quick. Still not drinking either.. might break that on wed for a wine tasting though.. haven't decided. I've given my body 2 weeks now of recovery. Is that enough for the recovery of the last few years of heavy drinking and obesity? Nope.. but it's a start and dry red wine is at least not crab heavy like my beers i drink..
  19. AWESOME job... I know what you mean. I'm down 14 but haven't changed more than 1lb in past 4 days, put my pants on this morning. tightened my belt.. looked down earlier and was 3 notches in instead of 2. when I started the 1st notch was pushing being too tight. Keep it up!!
  20. Broke my fast at exactly 72 hours, last night at midnight... with beef stock and half a central market rotisserie chicken. Then an hour later or so 4 strawberries and 4 cherries.. just a little treat. Breakfast this morning was 4 pieces of bacon, 2 fried eggs (in coconut oil) over easy, and then 4 of these coconut flour pancakes that are gonna be a new standyby. so freaking tasty. Then put some Maple flavored syrup..made with monkfruit on them. So goood. https://www.wholesomeyum.com/recipes/coconut-flour-pancakes-recipe-cream-cheese-pancakes/ Been taking it wasy today, a few glasses of water but enjoying being able to drink my waterloos again. No weight change last 2 days of the fast. still down 13 overall. Gotta get some cardio in.. and plan this week out. No alcohol for me until July 31st, my 3rd wedding anniversary. Likely going to have a day out at the spa relaxing with some drinks and then have a special dinner at Wolfgangs 560 (helps when you have connections to the GM).
  21. Deciding if I'm following my advice. afternoon has been hell.. so damn hungry. going home to sleep and ignore it for now. 42 hours in. 30 to go.
  22. Go with what your body tells you... I'm feeling great this morning..now almost 34 hours in. Down 5lbs this morning. so only 2 more till I reach my goal for the fast. I might ride mine out through Sunday if I'm still feeling like this.
  23. 2,019. I use the keto calculator I found on reddit to determine what my %'s should be and what caloric reduction I wanted to do. I went with a 20% reduction in calories for https://keto-calculator.ankerl.com/ It says my BMR should be 2052kcal for my weight, height, sex, and age. Being lightly active puts me at 2527kcal. 26.5 % body fat based on measurements i put in.. I think it's a little low % wise but hard to know. Says I have 170lbs of lean body mass, so my goal of 185 would be pretty hard to get. For now, I put my carbs at 30 since that's manageable. I might drop down to 20g in a month or so. As mentioned I did, 135g of protein, as I'm doing some cardio but not strenuous workouts right now. Then I decided how much fat I wanted to take in based on how much I wanted to reduce my caloric intake. 20% was the baseline to move to "moderate deficit - fast weight loss" instead of average and easy.
  24. Not really counting calories... MFP gives me a daily total based on those macros and I watch more so my carb count than anything else, otherwise I will eat when I'm hungry if I'm not fasting. Or if i had say a chicken breast for lunch I would make sure to eat nuts, cheese sticks, and or coconut oil to balance the fat.
