And doesn't mention Jack Wilshire.
The greatest singer songwriter of our generation. Or maybe center mid. Either way.

Someone talk me down from buying another race geometry bike. I really want to get a BMC Roadmachine, but I can't get over the mental hump of buying even the slightest relaxed geometry. I'll probably end up with another Ridley. I'm also an idoit.

Dumb Euros.

That shit is way behind, workwear came and went like 5 or 10 years ago.
Related, maybe someone will give me good money for my old wore out Carhartt shit.

I worked at 111 W. Monroe for years and have walked by where you took that picture hundreds of times. /csb
Chicago YC at the end of Monroe as well.

Assuming you're in a low gear and not in danger of going to fast (just over revving) what do you do? I've been told you mash the brake for a just a few seconds then let up.
Asking for a friend.
Depends. You can drag the brake intermittently, but I'd not recommend stabbing the brake if I had a lot of weight. I think most modern motors have a lot of overrev protection, but a current driver could tell you more I'm sure.

His ability to create out of nothing is unparalleled. Plus, he is just a hell of a lot of fun.

I feel like one. I was a teenager then though, so I'm not too ancient.

Also, the Eastern Market is something I would check out.

Ben's Chili bowl sucks.
I agree, but it's something people want to say they do.
If you are still hitting the 9:30 you have more energy than I do. Last time I went there Sublime was playing and it was on F St.

This is a great spot.

It's pretty disheartening to watch everyone just mark Sagan. They were marking him for like the 5th place sprint at Flanders. wtf. He was very, very comfortable all day, and easily would have won a sprint imo, but there's no way he could get away, and he isn't a guy who is going to solo a TT for many km's to go chase down a powerhouse like Terpstra.

Fucking Rodneys.

I'm build more like a tight end or linebacker than a cyclist, so heat is my kryptonite.
I can see your point. I'm a stick.

So who's everyone got for Paris Roubaix?

I'll take 35-45 degrees over 95-105 any day.
You cray man. 45? Yeah, I can dig that. 35 is a beating. I've got the gear, but it sucks being that bundled trying to bike. I'd much rather be in bibs and a summer sleeveless in 100. Then again, I don't mind rolling sweat.

It is delicious but not in the best part of town
There's nothing wrong with there. It's not like Southeast in the 80's.

So despite OPs comment is this now a thread to make fun of grown ass men wearing cargos and flip flops? If so, I have a lot to say.
Cargos, yes. Flip flops are the only footwear we should be required to own.

3-4 Star. I don't plan on being in it much. I have gold status with SPG, Hilton, and Marriott.
The Madison is a Hilton property now, and usually reasonably priced (200/nt). There is a Westin immediately behind it that is one of the better ones I've stayed in. They are on the corner of 15th and M. There's also a Courtyard on Scott Circle. I think these locations are the best for general purposes.

Looks like I have maxed out what I'm allowed fellas. After the calendar year I can give away another round of freebies.
Everyone who I've signed up so far will see theirs last week of the month.

What sort of crowd are you taking? It's a younger scene in general.
