  1. IT with some team notes on defense (main note: they don't think Maraad Watson is playing)
  2. It should be that way regardless of the 2026 OL class. We shouldn't be counting on freshman OL to play in what is likely Arch's last year. For Lee, it sucks that Michigan's schedule is so damn easy that Moore likely does enough to stick around another year. They are a 7-5/6-6 type team that will probably go 9-3.

  4. I lost brain cells reading that. Yes, I'm sure A&M is winning over John Meredith and Kennedy Brown is because of good old-fashioned "hard work".
  5. I guess we’ll find out if Robertson is similar or an upgrade over Hutson, or if this is a case of us being intrigued by a player we have limited exposure to because we haven’t seen him screw up as often yet. FWIW, Robertson was our lowest graded OL starter against SHSU per PFF (51.8) and Dunlap on OB. Fingers crossed.
  6. Alex Dunlap's OL grades for OU (full write-up spoiled below)
  7. Yeah, I haven't been the biggest fan of our strategy of taking 2 HS running backs every year up to this point. It has clogged the room with unknowns/JAGs (of course, injuries have played a role as mentioned several times in the thread already). I'm not completely against it some years if you can find guys with 2 different skillsets. Part of the issue we have right now is we don't have a Jaydon Blue or someone with a different skillset to complement the other RBs on the roster. We seem to have a bunch of guys in the room who all kind of offer the same thing.
  8. There needs to be some winter portal cleaning in that room. Carrying 6 scholarship RBs is pointless when half of them are JAGs. They also need to operate with the assumption that CJ Baxter doesn't exist and anything he adds in the future is a bonus. I'm not saying run him off because he seems to be a good leader and value add off the field, but we are in year 3 now, and the dude has been the opposite of durable.
  9. He really isn't that good of a back. He hasn't shown great vision either year he has been here and was still doing JV stuff like trying to bounce runs outside as recently as 3 days ago. He got a lot of mileage out of that one TD run against Michigan. The fumbling issue is just the cherry on top. Good luck to him at his next stop, but you could see this coming from a mile away in August when a guy coming off an Achilles tear passed him on the depth chart.
  10. Bobby posted a few days ago that Quinn was starting to trend towards Ohio State
  11. If I remember right, Kentucky had 3 weeks to prep for us last year (bye week + November FCS opponent), while we had Arkansas the week before and A&M the week after. We handled business pretty easily. Hopefully we get a repeat.
  12. The good coaches still find a way to squeeze every ounce out of what they have even if a unit or two are screwed up. You can’t go back in time and redo offseason mistakes but you can maximize what you have and scheme around weaknesses. That is why you are paid $10 million. To be a problem solver. Interested to see how the rest of this year shakes out.
  13. Bobby made a comment this morning that he is expecting something like 10-15 snaps for Mosley
  14. Full team notes from IT
  15. Nahlin said he’s hearing Muhammad is not likely to play
