Looks like Matt Rhule may have flipped Dylan Raiola. Ohio St just took another QB commitment and Raiola has scrubbed his social media of everything Ohio St. Rhule kept Raiola’s dad on staff at Nebraska and it looks like it will pay off.
That’s his uncle not his dad that’s on staff, either way fuck Ohio State.

Lucas is gone. Things have moved fast, but their mods confirmed that a few weeks ago. He hasn't put his name in the portal for whatever reason, but neither had Bouie until today and the same outlook was true for him.
I wonder if some of the delays on their guys entering the portal is them finishing up finals this week before they make their intentions known. -

There's been Maye to Bama chatter. Next year it's Milroe or Ty Simpson for them.
Maye’s dad was a multiple year starter and team captain at QB for UNC, older brother Luke hit the game winner against Kentucky to send them to the FF in 2017 when they won it all and he currently has a younger brother enrolled at the school as a regular student. Don’t think UNC is worried about him leaving.

Well it sure isn't going to be Mickey Joseph...holy hell.
Let’s not get revisionist history and act like OU hasn’t welcomed many women beaters with open arms.

Saw on twitter, someone can check and see if true or not.
“One of the guys IT thought was leaving is now likely staying and possibly changing positions”Nahlin said “There might be a positive surprise.” From there random morons have run with endless speculation. I think CTJ said something about Whittington possibly coming back for another year on a NIL deal so I’m assuming that’s what Nahlin is referring.

I’ve never once read that about Watts. Not everyone can go pro and get drafted in the first 3 rounds. Worrying about Ford is letting yourself be ruled by emotion. Ford’s going to make 6 figures to play at Texas next year.
I don’t think that’s been said about Watts anywhere really, fwiw Nahlin said yesterday his sources are saying Watts will be back.

Nice! Is Johnson going to be it, or do we still have targets left
Per Gerry they are now working on some 2024 Bigs who may be reclassifying to 2023 but no names were mentioned. Other than that senior evaluations and portal so wait and see.

I'm pretty sure Darius Terrell was a big WR in High School that was recruited as a TE.
Nobody cares what position he was recruited at or played. The point was he was ass on the field and is still ass off the field.

Is that a $9.95er or just a commenter?
That’s former Longhorn WR Darius Terrell, he was a better football player than he is a 9.95er and his career included 1 catch for 3 yards. He’s probably the worst/least informed person associated with Texas 9.95 sites.

I was going to pose a logistics question (How does a high school kid in Jacksonville, Florida, playing in a football game on Friday night, make it to Austin in time for a Saturday 11 am kickoff?) but I went ahead and looked it up. There are two flights leaving JAX at 6:00, one is scheduled to arrive at AUS just before 10 am, the other around 10:30. You’ll probably be a little late to the game, but you’ll be ok.
We’ve got kids coming from all over, so kudos to the staff for making all the arrangements and making sure there are drivers, cars, etc., and making sure the families are cared for well. You can’t have any fuck ups.
That’s not even the tough one that weekend. Duce Robinson is doing the same thing playing on Friday at 7 in Phoenix and then schedule to be in Austin at 11 Saturday, all while losing 2 hours coming East. At least Hall will gain an hour on his flight.

Didn't Kentucky beat LSU that year as well when LSU was a top 2 ranked team? That was a wild ass season.
Hell I think Boston College with Matt Ryan was a top 2 team at some point that year. Both things are correct, some notes on that season from Wikipedia.
The 2007 season became known for the "Curse of the No. 2", where the team ranked No. 2 by the AP Poll was defeated seven times in the final nine weeks of the regular season:[5]
- Stanford defeated No. 2 USC, 24–23, on October 6 at Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum. This result was particularly notable for the fact that USC was favored to win the game by 41 points, having carried winning streaks of 35 games at home and 24 games in Pac-10 play into the matchup. Both streaks ended with this loss.
- Oregon State defeated No. 2 California, 31–28, on October 13 at California Memorial Stadium.
- Rutgers defeated No. 2 South Florida, 30–27, on October 18 at Rutgers Stadium.
- Florida State defeated No. 2 Boston College, 27–17, on November 3 at Alumni Stadium.
- Arizona defeated No. 2 Oregon, 34–24, on November 15 at Arizona Stadium.
- No. 4 Missouri defeated No. 2 Kansas, 36–28, on November 24 at Arrowhead Stadium in a Border War rivalry game. This was the only such upset where the winning team was also ranked.
- Pittsburgh defeated No. 2 West Virginia, 13–9, on December 1 at Mountaineer Field in a Backyard Brawl rivalry game. West Virginia was knocked out of contention for the BCS National Championship on the final weekend of the regular season.
The No. 1 and No. 2 ranked teams had not lost in the same week of the season since 1996. In 2007 alone, No. 1 and No. 2 fell during the same weekend three times, including in both of the final two weeks of the regular season:
- No. 1 LSU lost to Kentucky 43–37 in three overtimes, and No. 2 California lost to Oregon State 31–28 on October 13.
- No. 1 LSU lost to Arkansas 50–48 in three overtimes on November 23, and No. 2 Kansaslost to No. 4 Missouri 36–28 on November 24.
- No. 1 Missouri lost to No. 9 Oklahoma 38–17 in the Big 12 Championship Game, and No. 2 West Virginia lost to Pittsburgh 13–9 on December 1.

Any other site corroborating this? I'm really hyped about Baxter but if we were the leader when he set up his commitment date I can't see that changing.
Believe he has pictures yesterday or Monday on his Instagram that appeared to be him shooting a commitment video. Not going to worry much at all about this one, if the Aggies couldn’t bug him Georgia ain’t either.

Suchomel is expecting two commitments this weekend
(there's a somewhat confusing exchange in some comments that I read as him hinting one is Muhammad and neither are Jordan Matthews)
Muhammad on Saturday morning hence the Sark before brunch tweet Wednesday night. Gerry said he thinks Mitchell announces Sunday.

Usually Hayes specifies if it’s a commitment announcement, more then likely a top 3 of Texas, A&M and Bama. Hopefully this is just the prelude to a weekend commitment, everyone know Brunch happens on Saturday/Sunday.

Dallas (Texas) South Oak Cliff EDGE Billy Walton might be committed to Oklahoma State, but he's returning to Austin for an official visit this weekend.
"I hope to see the culture," said Walton. "I'm hoping to see why they want me (in Austin) and where I can fit. I’m looking to see what they have for me as a player and a college student. They are down-to-earth, real dudes. They don’t sugar coat anything.”Wells also mentioned in the thread that Walton’s mom and Malik Muhammad’s dad are brother/sister.

Was there ever any confirmation that Mathis was on campus yesterday? Beyond his mother being in the OB chat? I thought that was going to be the “we ain’t done yet” part last night after Wisner and Niblett happened.
Well he’s on a OV this weekend so it would be awfully weird if he was just hanging out at the house instead of at the game.

He is a freak athlete, but 20.79 is nowhere close to the fourth fastest high School 200m of all time.
The tweet clearly states it’s the 4th fastest time and there are several articles referencing this as well, maybe it’s the 4th fastest indoor time? Also would like to point out he does it without any blocks.

Cowboy Boots
in Hobbies
Posted
Does anybody have any recommendations for a round toe western style boot with a vibram or slip resistant rubber sole? Looking for an everyday boot to wear in an office setting but I’m in and out of shop/warehouse at my job also and would like a cowboy/western boot look over the traditional work boot.
