LOL at the Kansas line.
I'm almost surprised it isn't higher.

Additionally, can I petition that game threads not be stickies?
I’m on tapa and every time I click on a sticky, you start at the beginning of the thread. I don’t want to start at the beginning each time I click on a game thread. Ideally 1st unread.
Thanks. This was fixed during the game.

Still an issue for me as well. Haven't brought it up because I don't really care but it hasn't been working for awhile. I'm on chrome on Android.

Agree. Open it at least 30 mins before kick.

That state produces some pretty good football talent, too. The big names are national recruits. I just lazily browsed the 24/7 rankings and exactly ONE AZ top 15 player signed with Arizona since 2018. Even their better three stars are going OOS. I don’t know how you turn it around though, but that has to be priority one for any coach there.
It’s gonna be really hard to keep the top 1-2 guys that are nationally pursued at home, but you can’t let the low 4*s and high 3*s go to places like Cal and Utah.
Thanks for doing some research for me.
I was probably a little harsh last night. It's still a nice part of the country and a big school with a fairly good donor base. Just not sure how much they care about football and it seems like they've been going in the wrong direction. They were fairly good from '86 to '98 and from '08 to '15 but they've been horribad since.
Their basketball program has seriously declined, too. Outside of Oregon we're seeing a lot of that across the PAC it seems in general. UCLA has signs of life, though.

I'd love to see Pepsi start tonight if both Puli and Reyna can't go but Berhalter won't do that in a million years.

About what I thought. Feel like it might creep up and give them another point or two. Not sure though.

Longhorn foundation has a “reception” set up for 4pm on arky campus. But I’d rather just tailgate with you degenerates
Probably a good call. That reception might get napalm bombed by the local gentry.

I just can't bring myself to care about this weekend. When the guy that gets the most strokes also plays the best golf it gets a little dull.
Not sure what the solution is. There have been fun weekends at East Lake under both formats. This week has just seemed kind of meh. Maybe Rahm makes a run at him today.

Some dude from espn thinks we’ll be ranked 15 next week.
The Sooners held on for a 40-35 victory and Rattler still looked like a Heisman front-runner
Incredible. I mean it's like clockwork.
And ISU at 11?

I'm concerned with having lineman with friendly names like Christian. Remember how well Huey, Snow & Flowers went? Need more guys who have names that are essentially angry Cyrillic barking.
This is a great point. Half of the ability is in the name. I mean, Kasey Studdard? Sounds like he tosses hay bales and wrastles cattle all offseason. Justin Blalock? His last name is almost "block" for Christ's sake. More of that.

It was a weird game. First half I was thinking we’d be lucky to win a game all season but then we ended up covering the spread. Treylon Burks had the worst game I’ve seen him play with several drops.
Depends which team shows up next week I guess. First half team then Texas wins by 50 but if the second half one does then it may be competitive.
I'll save you the suspense and let you know that you're getting fucked on either way.

Arizona's head coach looks like a boutique investment banker.

I wish she'd ask something like, "Zach, as a starting NFL QB have you gotten your dick wet yet or are you still subscribing to the principles of your backwards religion?"

Arizona has to be becoming a shit tier P5 job. I mean there are at least 6-8 G5 jobs I'd take before that disaster.

I'll give Washington a pass because the rankings this year seem extra specially stupid.

And that’s just the start of the issues. I’ve been to hundreds of college football games; more stadiums than I can count. DKR-TMS is among the worst. Fact.

May I suggest your favorite phrase here? The “you don’t know what you’re talking about” is excellent this evening.
Wow that's rough. I usually praise Burt for his knowledge but that's a tough slip up.

We likely won't win every game but honestly, I don't think a B12 championship is unlikely. OU and ISU looked like warmed over shit.
This is where I am. Gun to my head OU still takes the B12 but I'm at least thinking about it after today's games. ISU is a fraud. They had their best season basically ever last year - they won't repeat that. OU looks good for at least one conference loss based on their shittastic play against Tulane. Also the B12 seems pretty bad. Texas and KSU were the only teams that impressed in week 1. Conference is wide open as far as I'm concerned.

This was my takeaway from today's game. We have a coaching staff full of adults making sound, thoughtful, effective, adult decisions. I can't even remember the last time I had that feeling.

This is why we need two types of car horns - one that's a "hey, heads up - little help here?" and one that's a "fuck you I hope your insides melt, you idiot piece of shit."
Because these obliviots are always the ones immediately ready to take offense instead of figuring out what they might be doing wrong, or what you might be trying to communicate when you tap the horn at them.
I'd just ring the second one every time.

Man, Chip really turned the team around in year 3, like almost a 180. They are good on D and O. Some bonehead stuff here and there but mostly hitting on all cylinders. They look good. I'd hate to play them while they are this healthy and salty.
Stop. I have my suspicions about this LSU team. UCLA doesn't suck anymore but that's all I'm giving them right now. LSU was never the 16th best team in the country.

I am really tempted to post my texts with my coonass buddy. He is threatening to burn all his LSU gear because they are going to lose to “UCLA faggots”. Hahahahahaba
Just wait until they start losing to Texas faggots every year.

You'd think so - but Harbaugh seems to be good for a few WTF games every year where they either lose or almost lose to someone they should have no business not handling.
