Texas at West Virginia @1pm on ESPN2
The drought continues while WVA shoots lights out. Febreze hits a 3 to cur the lead to 3 point as I type.

I don't think we have the ESPN A-team working this game 🤔

Kenpom 2021-22
The last 3 games are in the increasing order of difficulty. @ WVA: sold out road game against a bad WVA team. Mountaineers almost beat ISU on the road in their last game and may be believin while at home. BAylor: last game at the drum against the last year's NC winner who is tough this year as well. @ KU: on the road against the current conference top team. All could be called tosdups but we're favored in the first two. Let's win 2 of these but 1 would be acceptable as well.

Texas vs TCU 6pm on ESPN2
Clawing our way back in after astonishingly being behind by 10 against TC.

Texas vs. tech - 11:30am on ABC
You win some you lose some. Home crowd played a role in the KU win. The crowd was strange for this one. The crowd pulled a we're a football school today. Sigh.

Texas vs. tech - 11:30am on ABC
Nice win on the road for Tech. We shot bravely but Tech won in the paint big time. Andrew Jones and Cunningham kept Texas in the game. Febreez hit a 3 too LOL 😆

Texas vs. ou - 6pm on ESPN2
Road win for the Horns in OT. Tense few minutes but a good W in the end. Great team win with Allen, Carr and Jones stepping up.

Texas @ Baylor - 11:00am ESPN2
Agree, I would have liked a closer game too. BU just scored very well and our defense couldn't stop them. Hard to win where your strength is not performing its best. This Texas team is a veteran team but hasn't grown up together and it shows. All things considered, it's what it is and we're still in the mix for a possible great finish

Texas @ Baylor - 11:00am ESPN2
BU, KU and TTU are the top teams in the conference above us, so road games are going to be tough. The same BU team got clobbered at KU. Expecting a much closer game and hopefully a W against ou on the road.

Texas @ Baylor - 11:00am ESPN2
Road loss. Oh well. Still had fun watching the Horns and some of the mini runs they had. Let's beat OU on the road.

Wow, that was an amazing offensive performance. Feels like we beat KU in their own game. Hookem

My First Game..Who Cares Just Win Game Thread V ISU
We beat a top 20 team by 22. Only gave up 41 points. While I have seen the Horns dominate before, it still makes for a great win and sweet weekend. While they kept up in the first half, ISU got stopped. 63-41 over a solid opponent. Hookem Horns \m/

Texas at Texas Tech Tuesday Feb 1st, 2022 ESPN2 8pm CT
The team played hard against a highly motivated team and a rough home crowd. The effort was there but we're an undersized team this year and still learning to play together.

Saturday, January 29th, 2022- Rick Barnes returns. Texas hosts Tennessee
Yikes, I thought it was over when we were up by a gazillion with less than 10 to go. In the end this became a tournament like game with the Horns holding on to a 1 pt win. We missed our last 4 free throws to make this a super-dramatic Tevas and Barnes style game. Nice to be on the winning side. Good game Tenn and hook'em for our maybe first win over a ranked team this year.

Casey Thompson
There was a brief period during 2020 and 2021 seasons where every Texas drive with Casey would go for a TD, or at least an FG. Casey had some great games. Unfortunately, he just threw a lot of interceptions at critical moments and just couldn't deliver when the opportunity presented itself to be a Longhorn great. That said, I wish the best to Casey, hoping he has a stellar career wherever he lands. Thanks for your contributions as a Longhorn, good bye and good luck \m/

Texas basketball '21-'22: Welcome Chris Beard
Planning to watch my first full Horns hoops road game today. The OOC schedule looks weaker than what we're accustomed to. Hoping for the Horns to pick up a decent road win today @ Stanford. \m/
