  1. I love aggy on aggy strongly worded letters.
  2. Last in the SEC before 1st in their own division. Poor aggy
  3. I know... It does suck having to rely on Kansas for help though.
  4. They're all down on the other side of the field tearing down the goal post. Hell of a victory today. Whoop
  5. They're just trying to match their football team this season
  6. I've never found a reason to look forward to Dec 5th until this year.
  7. Stupid sips. Anything Texas can do, aggy does better! 5-7? Aggy gone 4-8! Lose to Kansas? Aggy gets done by App St. Whoop!
  8. 38-28 Texas 789 combined passing yards Texas 234 rushing yards. Their run defense is very exploitable.
  9. It might not be ethical, but if I were friends with the SEC coaches, you can be sure I'd jokingly-not jokingly throw out there that we should think about throwing 'ol Jimbo a 9-3 / 10-2 life line in a season or two. Why throw away a good thing! But then again, its never mattered who's coaching aggy, they've been a .500 in conference play their entire 120+ years.
  10. Nothing to explain. It's an aggy turdition to attempt to buy championships, just to have it blow up in their face. Never discount aggy to aggy shit up. From FedEx deliveries, and gold Trans-Ams, to buying but not buying the number one all time class via NIL. Aggy is at the top of the list of dirtiest, most sanctioned programs of all times. The NCAA had planned to hit aggy with the death penalty just a few years after SMU, but what the death penalty did to SMU, was way more severe than they expected, so they backed away from its use... Especially since once again, the cheating didn't keep aggy from being the mid tier, mid pack team its always been anymore than any other time they'd been busted had. No harm, less foul. And in true aggy form, not only are they at the top in cheating, they are recognized as the worse at gaining from it. The other big time cheaters won conference and national titles, and were at the top of the pile for 2 or 3 years or so, but aggy never got its cheating to pay off like the others.
  11. Just like Jimbo is this year. The first year having just Jimbo's guys... ... Jimbo's Recruiting class ranking: 2018. 17rh 2019. 4th 2020. 6th 2021. 8th 2022. 1st First year all Jimbo's recruits got aggy; 3-6 overall, 1-5 vs. conference, highlighted by a loss to mighty 5-4 App St. Poor aggy.
  12. What happened to #5 Jackson Arnold? Too ?
  13. Before the buyout is down to where aggy can afford it, Jimbo will luck into a 10-2 type of season with an almost SEC title appearance, and get a 15 year extension. Never underestimate aggy to aggy shit up.
  14. Only aggy would corner themselves into a contract they can't get out of with a coach that hadn't produced shit on the field. I never understood the aggy knob slob from the beginning. There have been several coaches who've managed to win it all. A few have done it more than once, a very select few have managed to do it with multiple teams. But the odds are more likely to see a coach being a one and done, than pulling multiple titles with different schools. Hell, there's probably better odds for a coach to be on the hot seat in a few years over repeating. Jimbo Fisher. 1 National Championship. 1 Playoff appearance as the 3rd seed, in spite of being the only undefeated team in college and the defending Champions. FSU never looked dominant, instead the season had multiple games in which FSU found themselves in survival mode against teams they should've blown out. They lost the playoff to Oregon 59 to 20, who went on to lose to OSU 42-20 in the Championship. Jimbo Fisher at FSU. 2010. 10-4 (6-2) 2011. 9-4 (5-3) 2012. 12-4 (7-1) AAC Title. 2013. 14-0 (8-0) ACC title and a National Championship 2014. 13-1 (8-0) ACC title and a 3rd seed Playoff spot / blow out loss Oregon 20-59 2015. 10-3 (6-2) 2016. 10-3 (5-3) 2017. 5-6 (3-5) Jimbo Fisher at aggy. 2018. 9-4 (5-3) 2019. 8-5 (4-4) **2020**. 9-1 (8-1) 2021. 8-4 (4-4) 2022. 3-6 (1-5) so far. **2020 COVID year games** Win vs. Vandy (0-9) Loss vs. Alabama (10-0 / 13-0) Win vs. Florida (8-2 / 8-4) Win vs. Miss St (3-7 / 4-7) Win vs. Arkansas (3-7) Win vs. S. Carolina (2-7) Win vs. LSU (5-5) Win vs. Auburn (6-4 / 6-5) Win vs Tenn. (3-7) Aggy best year vs the SEC under Jimbo consisted of a win against a mediocre 8-4 Florida team, a win against an unconscious 6-5 Auburn, a win against a comatose LSU, and 5 wins against teams that were DOA at the stadium. Only aggy would see the logic in a contract for going 5-3, 4-4, then 8-1 during a season where COVID decimated teams and obviously has most of the conference mates playing well below their typical average. 8-1, no matter the circumstances, automatically meant 1 loss and undefeated seasons from then on... Only aggy would see the benefit of a contract that scrubbed down basically reads that aggy is tied to Jimbo for a long time and/or a lot of money, no matter how much he sucks. But Jimbo is not tied to aggy, (outside of nowhere to go, and another decade worth of riding the 9 million dollar gravy train.
  15. By the start of next season, 5-7 or 4-8 will be remembered as being 8-4, with an almost win against Alabama, complete domination of SC, AR, both Mississippi schools, Auburn and equal to LSU yet slightly better. A play or two away from making the playoffs, which is a guaranteed Championship and the return of aggy ruling college football for the next decade or two, like they used to. In Jimbo we trust... Unless we find the money to shitcan Jimbo after the season.... Either way, same coach-new coach, aggy delusion will not be shaken.
  16. If anyone is of the mindset that we ran aggy off a few years ago, then you should really thank us for doing so before we leave. Do you have any idea how insufferable those cunts would've been once OU/UT left? The self appointed savior and ruler of the new Big aggy conference. .
  17. 56 games and only 3 losses to OOC teams, and one came this year to mighty powerhouse App St. And yet they couldn't understand why why we laughed at them when they really thought they were so much better than us and one year away from displacing Bama as the dominant force in college football. A 4 win cupcake buffer practically guarantees a 8-4 season minimal as long as your depth and talent is better for the poorer bottom feeders in the conference... Untill the wheels come off... I bet that 8-4 average they've managed since joining the SEC would look alarmingly different if the SEC played 9 conference games instead of 8. Take out that late season "second bye" the scout team plays while the starters recover from the grind, probably would've mean a couple of 6-6 season replacing one of those awesome 8-4s... Face it, playing someone like West Texas A&M, isn't the same as playing another SEC team that is as big and physical as aggy... That second two week break for the starters and injury recovery makes a huge difference especially for teams that have solid depth across the board.
  18. I think 365 sports made a good point . They pointed out Jimbo's recruiting habits. What they said reminded me of Mac's last year's. Going for as many highest ranked players and not the type of player with the skill sets needed for the system. Like Brown wanting to convert to the pound and ground Alabama type offense back then with small Linemen, no TE's to speak of, WRs that only sucked at blocking more than they did at catching... Another thing they pointed out about aggy is another thing that bit us and had a lot to do with our culture change back then was bringing in a ton of talented, highly ranked players that have O ties or loyalty to the program. It's hard to make a team bleed burnt orange when the bulk of the team and or the team leaders never gave two shits about the school either way, especially when things head south. Or in our case, were already at the bottom of the barrel, and all the veteran players have already checked out when the new freshmen class joins the team each year. Classes full of talented players that aren't necessarily burnt orange through and through.... We probably would've recovered much faster if we would've dumped the entire team when it was painfully obvious there was a cancer within the program and started fresh with a bunch of 2-3-4* freshmen players that grew up eating and breathing burnt orange, players who would run through a brick wall or crawl through broken glass for the team before rolling over for anyone, much less OU. I remember too many highly ranked WRs who could torch any D, but couldn't catch a ball if someone sat it in their hands... No one willing or able to run the slant. RBs who couldn't block for fuck in a pass first offense. Linebackers that were extremely talented at running themselves out of the play in the backfield as the QB was handing the ball off. Missed tackles my ass, the RB and QB frozen just standing there with the deer in the headlights look without even trying to move, just bracing for the impact, while our linebackers would run right past. Linemen that were good in school because they played 2A ball weighing 260 lbs against opponents that typically averaged 170-180. Hopefully we learned from our mistakes and aggy keeps doing what they've always done. Keep throwing money to fix everything without knowing or at least admitting where the root of the problem begins. I hope they are in a complete freefall and still stuck with Jimbo the year we start SEC play. Either way, I have a feeling they are going to have the same culture killing cancer we had when Mac left, by the time they finally can rid themselves of Jimbo.
  19. I like the approach aggy always runs to... Throw more money at the problem, that fixes it every time... Maybe instead of throwing another four million a year on an OC and filling the rest of the staff with recruiters, maybe aggy should look at their head honcho coach that has proven as effective as the last 5 - 10 head coaches and then figure out why they are stuck with a coach they can't get rid of him without spending every dime of the next three year's worth of NIL/bag fund. But first, they will have to figure out that the OC isn't the problem, because the system they run is Jimbo's system.... Higher price doesn't automatically mean higher quality. Face it aggy, you bought a used pinto for the price the price of a new Tundra and now you are upside down in and can't trade it in for the next 7 or 8 years.
  20. I totally agree.... Amazon is in for a surprise when their Saturday sports viewership net profits doesn't cover the lawyer fees used to draw it up.... If there was anything of value, ESPN, APPLE, AT&T, FOX, NBC, CBS, mamma's basement dweller, would put up some resistance without letting it go below value. I do find it interesting (if reports are right) that they are keeping the Big 12's contract on par with the ACC money. Something tells me they have a plan for a couple of the ACC schools once their contract gets closer to it's end... The BIG is probably looking closely at the markets West- Oregon_Washington? And the SEC is likely looking at North Carolina and maybe the Virginia markets? Or possibly one of those with an Arizona school as plan B? Then they could push Clemson and FSU (and others like GT, VT) towards the Big 12 where they would be a better FB fit? Maybe merger? Then they would have the working pieces and markets to make the now ACCNET into a strong network that would be a lot closer to the money the SECNET generates then it does now. Granted it would still be short of the BTN and the SCN, but still respectable that would make those schools happy.
  21. I would be surprised if the schedule came out with no home games our last year just to see if they could make it fly, before finally saying it was an oops, but can you please go with it? It's too late to fix now.... Either way... The flags are going to fly like tortillas and batteries in Lubbock, whether we are home or away.
  22. UFC is sitting in a killer spot. Huge enrollment, Miami down longer than us, in the middle of little more like bigger Cuba, whom love to support local teams when they are doing good. Something they could easily do in the BIG 12 with the B12's best seat in the FL recruiting house and an open recruiting trail into Texas where they will play multiple games a year now as a P5 school. Ten mill more a year over the ACC teams (plus the influx of another 12+ mill more a year than they're used to having from a P5's TV miney), in it's area will go along way towards keeping Miami right down there with corn aggy where it belongs, and closing the gap/pressuring FSU for the #2 spot in Florida. Cinci won't challenge OSU, it will snag some recruits from IL, IN, IA, etc. that would've gone to the BIG 10 smaller schools. It will however put a hurt on several ACC schools in recruiting. Especially since (like UFC) it's had relevant seasonS since Hitler invaded Poland. It's seen major bowl, BCS, and the playoffs.(unlike us... OU still sucks either way).
  23. And that sums up the issue with the new Big 12 after we leave.... After the shine wears off in a couple of years, so does the fan interest.
  24. That, or the Big 12 forced (some of) their schools to play a real ooc schedule for better TV $$$
