He's gonna sit out rest of this season to preserve himself for college.
I say that tongue in cheek but would it really shock any of us?
No. Did anybody else watch the full game? Evans looked frustrated even when North Shore was up big at halftime. I didn’t see Shadrach Banks, the NS WR committed to aggy. Did he play?
-
George got called for an egregious hold and got beat by speed rushes several times. I was shocked at how bad North Shore looked. Some of it can be attributed to cramps from the heat(lots of stoppages and players leaving).

I kept flipping back and forth but never heard Evans mentioned once. Anyone have his final stat line?
Had to be less than 40 yards rushing. Went untouched on a 25 yard TD. Horrible body language throughout the game and ran out of bounds to avoid contact at least once. He has skills but I think the bust potential is high.

Bet it was Dinesh Patel.
We should just pull a Spicolli and tell BJ that Joe Burrows stole his stuff.

I'm willing to look the other way at times if that means longhorn nation is back. I was looking forward to Josh's contribution to the team. He clearly has the ability to start.
But I can't get past what is alleged. There is no reason that is acceptable. It shows incredibly bad judgment and is indicative of a character we do not want associated with our athletic program.
He let his teammates down. And the team needs to know there are consequences for bad choices, and that they are enforced.
Some choices you make, you just can't come back from.
He needs to be gone, permanently.
Your first and last sentence is extremely contradictory. Choose a side.
No they aren’t. He’s saying that even though he’s a bleeding heart criminal defense attorney that he thinks Moore’s actions are egregious enough to warrant kicking him off the team. He picked the side of punishing Moore strongly. Everybody understood that except you.

On the flip side, you comparing Ingram to Gray made me laugh. I get it, the offseason makes us all a little crazy. But if you were just a casual fan and saw Ingram play opening weekend you would never know he got banged up in the offseason. The long offseason amplifies these things. Gray tore an ACL. Ingram had minor injuries. Even with those minor injuries Ingram had as many carries as a true freshman as Gray did in any of his 4 years. So congrats on a take so absurd that it made me chuckle.

So you are honestly angry, like ruined weekend angry? Get a grip dude. Going back, as I said, it was a question.
You are such a simpleton. There are ranges to everything. Yes, your “it’s a question” act made me angry. Not ruin the weekend angry, but angry. Your whole, “Poor me, I’m getting attacked for asking a question” act is infuriating. And I’ll stop railing about it when you stop doing it.

Doubling down? Really on a question? Does this really make you that angry?Yes it makes me angry.
“I’m not an expert, Why are you guys excited about Filinger?”
”Filinger seems like a low level KSU type recruit. Why would anybody be excited about his commitment?”
Those are both questions. You chose the shitty, negative second choice. Just because you wrapped the shittiness in a question doesn’t make it not shitty.

I can't figure out if you're trolling or just this dumb. After your takes on Fillinger I'm leaning the way of you're dumb as shit.
He’s just lazy and expects the board to spoon feed him information. If he googled player stats he would realize Ingram is nothing like Gray.

There was no option to fold to a raise. He was all in. Most people typically hate those plays because in a lot of scenarios no worse hands are calling and no better hands are folding. The exact opposite of what a bet needs to be doing.
That logic ignores the 3rd reason for betting - deny your opponent’s equity. That concept is more important in tournaments and isn’t as applicable here. But if you feel you opponent will call small bets with 8-10 outs but fold to big bets, then the overbet can be the right move.
I don’t think that concept applied here. I think Keating would call any bet with any top pair and most 2nd pairs. If Keating bets small on turn and then a scare card comes on the river, Yong might get away from top pair worse kicker or second pair. I think Keating was value betting the whole way and knew Yong was a loose, rich, recreational player. One pair and a flush draw was actually near the top of Yong’s range.
-
For those of you that hate the overbet, is it because you are going to fold to a raise? Like bet $50k and then fold getting 2.4 to 1 against an amateur?
-
More bad news for Kyler. His condo was condemned.

Has the NFL really been pussyfied enough that Kyler fucking Murray can be a starting qb?
Yes. You obviously don’t watch much NFL. The only QB who can’t stay healthy is Garapollo.

Despite the fact the Brown’s are everyone’s favorite playoff pick this season, I don’t buy it. The league has tape on Mayfield now, and OBJ is an overrated head case whose best catch came in a game the Giants lost. The Ravens are more dangerous than most think and the Steelers (while not what they once were) are not guaranteed victories for the Browns. I think 8-8 is their ceiling.
Such stupid logic. The NFL had tape on Mayfield years ago. He might have a slump but it won’t be because the NFL figured him out.

Ok. Follow me here. If Ingram had to miss extended time it would be Young, Whitt and a walk-on. Almost certainly one of the two starters would get dinged during the course of a season. Hence one plus a walk-on. There’s no starter going to carry the load for 13 games. Which means a walk- would have to get significant playing time. And then it would fall to which games he were forced to play in.
That’s a lot of ifs.

NFL should call his bluff and see if he actually retires instead of wearing the new helmet.
They have to call his bluff. NFL safety experts declared the helmet unsafe. If they allow him to wear it and he gets concussions they would get destroyed in court.

His antics are out of control. That said, if he actually has evidence that he's safer in his preferred helmet (I seriously doubt it, but I suppose it's possible), wouldn't this be a totally justifiable cause to go to bat for? I'm admittedly unfamiliar with the case, I assume he's not arguing the one they want him to wear doesn't look cool or something like that
He’s claiming the new helmet restricts his field of vision. Just clown car from start to finish.

No fucking way. I get cryo treatments 2-3 times a week you wear socks up to the knee and boots and gloves in a tank that dips usually to -145 to -150 degrees 3-4 min max I’ve made it to 4 a few times. No way did that come from cryo
Your thinking is very rigid bro. You are assuming he wore socks and boots. He didn’t wear either. He’s an idiot and brought this on himself.

Yes. I’m arguing with you. And I will accept any criticism of that posting style. I know some people like reading arguments and some don’t. But you acted shocked at any criticism of your posts. It’s odd. This isn’t hornfans.

Thanks. It was wrecking my evening per irguy and made me an odd person for mentioning it.
Man you are sensitive and lack self awareness. It’s odd to derail a thread on to a topic that can’t possibly lead to discussion. So now you know it’s Missouri. What does that do for anybody but you? I’m confrontational in posts and I’m aware of that and will accept criticism for that. You are so thin skinned that you act like “odd” is the worst insult ever. Toughen up.
