So, anyone who ever worked on the staff of a Congressman or Senator should ever be taken seriously? Good to know.  I won't make that mistake again. No matter the site.

Look at you, misstating my position. So adorable. Not what I said. Mitch McConnell and his staff only and their position on Obama policies. Because him and his staff are inherently biased.

Well excuse me for jumping to conclusions. Since it was an article on the CNN website. But, CNN has tried to burn people before who don't work for them.

I can't believe that they published it.

It’s ok. Nobody expected you, AmericanSwindle or others to be discerning readers.

But seriously, McConnell’s campaign advisor. Good God man. At least read the header.

Who wrote this and why hasn't CNN fired them yet? And by fired, I mean burned at the stake as a heretic? You do not question the Lord Thy God Obama at CNN!!!

You can’t fire somebody who doesn’t work for you. You see this is what is called an opinion piece.

Written by Mitch McConnell’s former campaign advisor.

I'm not going to start "sourcing" a God Damned thing while we are typing on a thread where all of the actors have put their flag in the ground... on the wrong side, again... and only want to continue to do so in lieu of genuflecting, self reflecting and improving so that the country might pull out of this flat spin.

But, no... the arbiters of "stupid" will do the same shit again and rage at the disaster that they have wrought.

Then go away please.  Nobody is interested in arguing in good faith when you won’t substantiate any of 7 points.

I'm not convinced Tom isn't a bot. His posts seem to be a collection or words hurled together into a semi-coherent rant. It's like they made a bot read all the posts at Texags and then come here and try to post something political.

He’s not a bot. And the reason he sounds like he’s on coke is because he is most likely a Hannity listener. When I don’t have Sirius in car I’ll catch Hannity sometimes. Sean spits out 5-10 allegations, stories, “facts” rapid fire. Something like, “the real story is 30,000 emails, Nunes report, AG investigation, phony dossier, Ukraine collusion, etc.”  By the time you debunk each of the talking points, the conversation has moved on. It’s effective for influencing people who don’t objectively investigate each of the many topics.

Do you get mocked about something personal to you that has nothing to do with the discussion at hand that you never voluntarily shared to this community? My privacy was violated at the most vulnerable time of my life. You’d never withstand the abuse I have gotten over the years.

Look at you blaming vulnerability. Pathetic. I’ve not heard of any recovery programs that encourage dragging your disgusting history from one website to another. You love the attention.

Really. How do you explain the treatment I have received in the CR at surly. I’m not the only one, all of us on the right have. I have refrained from posting there for Lent. It’s been much better for me as it’s reduced the hatred and vitriol that would arise in my heart from the shit flinging. Take a look at my previous posting history there if you have time. I linked a lot of articles from the NYT and WSJ with my spin on them. No unprovoked personal attacks on my end. I’d get called out with epithets saying I’m a liar or have my addiction which I’m clean for years now thrown in my face. That didn’t happen at the WSJ and I enjoyed laughs from the regulars there. They took that from me and the rest of the crew there.

Zero sympathy for anybody that didn’t want their past to follow them but signed up here with the same username. You’ll never get a better chance of starting clean but you declined.

Yeah, yeah, Maxine Waters sucks but this was awesome.  Munchkin gets toasted.

This was hilarious. He clearly made the offer of cancelling his meeting never expecting her to accept. My kids do that sometimes. In poker terms she snap called his bluff. Then he basically asked for his chips back. Too bad. Don’t make an offer you don’t want accepted.

Nothing worse than bluffing allin and your opponent calls before you even finish your sentence.

After reading this interview, I’m not sure Evans is “aligned” with Herman’s program.  I think Evans is taking playing with George too far when it’s important to him if coaches are hitting up his buddy a lot.  And what’s up with this “I want to be a surgeon” business?  Shouldn’t he be focusing on his undergraduate degree first?  Does he want to major in “surgeoning”.?  In a couple of years, is he going to insist that George start or he’s not playing?  Something ain’t right.  Maybe we should focus on the 5* Rb out of AZ that’s visiting us this week.

You are reading too much in to it. It’s selected quotes from a recruiting analyst Evans has probably never seen before. I wouldn’t call it trolling, but it does appear Evans likes to mess with reporters a bit. Don’t worry about the surgeon thing either. If we had a dime for every recruit that told a reporter he wanted to get an MBA, law school, etc and then came to UT and studied exercise science we would all be rich. Pay more attention to Card telling Evans they can play at UT and then make $$$(NFL). And I think he’s playing up the package deal with George. Saying it to a reporter is one thing and saying it to Herman is another. I’m not worried at all.

You know how I know you're stupid?

You can't tell times. Even aggy can tell a hand-held time, so you must be complete shit for brains.

Says right here that Demas' time was Hand-timed.

So Evans' time was HAND-TIMED. So according to this website, Evans' time was probably ~ 0.22 seconds faster because of it being hand timed. How to calculate hand timed vs laser timed: https://www.naseinc.com/blog/hand-timed-vs-electronic-timed-40-yard-dash/

"If the run was hand-timed you can add between 0.22 and 0.26 seconds depending on if it was an experienced or novice coach."

I'll put it in an equation, for complete morons like @cdain3.

    4.51 (Evans' hand-timed 40-yard dash)
    +.22 ( or even .26 for the difference between hand-timed & laser-timed)
    -----------
4.73 (or even 4.77) second 40-yard dash for Zachary Evans, 2020 RB

That's not very fast, but as long as he is quick and strong and has great lateral movement and vision, he can be a college stud and will eventually have a solid NFL career. Emmitt Smith wasn't fast either but he was extremely elusive.

If any dumb shits need help with basic math, please use the google, I don't care enough to help you overcome brain damage.

Or ... hear me out here. Maybe Demas ran more than one 40. Just spitballing here, Demas and Sullivan ran laser timed 40s and then ran a race at the end for bragging rights.

  12. I dug a little deeper. Amazon algorithm can be “gamed” by having a lot of early orders and 5 star reviews. The Q book has a fraction of the sales of the other top books but is new and highly rated(as of 2 days ago).  It’s still disturbing to me that it sold more than 2 copies.

    https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.vox.com/platform/amp/the-goods/2019/3/6/18253505/amazon-qanon-book-best-seller-algorithm-conspiracy

The books ahead of Q have over 10k reviews. Q book has 240. But I would love to know total sales.

Don't get me wrong, AD is amazing.  One of the best running backs I've ever seen.  I think he's a superior talent to Evans.  But Evans had one bad game and he's playing against a much higher level of competition.  As someone who watches 5 minutes of hudl clips eating potato chips on my couch, AD is going to look better playing against 3A competition than he would the 6A competition that Evans plays against.  That's all I'm saying.

If Evans can run as fast as you backpedal he’s going to be a Hall of Famer.

I haven't seen either of them play in person, but AD was running over 160 pound 3A kids at Palestine.  Evans is playing big boy football.

If you couldn’t see that AD was a transcendent talent, you should never evaluate a prospect. Ever.

Ok what is he talking about?

McConnell put up a partisan and heavy handed abortion bill for purely political reasons. The bill would make it a felony for any doctor that didn’t provide medical care to the fetus after a botched abortion. Most of what’s in the bill is already illegal and what isn’t - the bill overcharges as a felony.

You mean the one from Texas that Charlie recruited so hard he didn’t spell check his name??

Ronald is in the NFL now. I still see his name misspelled about half the time. If you name a kid Stehpen, Jhon or Ronald you can expect it to be “misspelled”. Even by reporters, announcers and coaches.
