  1. Can't win shooting 28% with 14 TOs. Tech presence in the crowd is a bit embarassing. Beard gonna be pissed about that
  2. We're shooting 24% for the game. Sure Tech plays good D but missing plenty of open ones
  3. It'll be interesting to hear Beard's response to this one. Never understood how he could possibly promise "not student gets turned away"
  4. Measuring on Google maps, looks like you'd have a space about 600 ft long (North-South) and 400-450ft wide. So yeah you should be able to fit 1 indoor plus 2 outdoor fields.
  5. My prediction is they put the indoor facility on the social work site and leave the outdoor fields where they are. Which is not ideal. What they should do is move Jamail east of 35 with the other athletic stuff. And leave the rec alone. Cheapest/easiest option that results in things being located in a very logical way.
  6. They could put an indoor facility on top of social work only, but you wouldn't have room for outdoor fields too. Seems dumb to me to have outdoor fields somewhere else. According to this, the chilling station cost $80mm only 6 years ago - https://flintco.com/our-work/projects/ut-chilling-station-7/. So that's probably not moving. As discussed, idk where you could move the Rec. Can't move it farther away and need it somewhere. Politically this is probably tough, but I'd move the Swim Center east of 35. Give them brand new digs next to the Disch, tennis, etc. Cost $11mm https://flintco.com/our-work/projects/ut-lee-and-joe-jamail-texas-swimming-center/
  7. Why is this newspaper thing hitting so many sports accounts like Mandel and RedditCFB?
  8. Hasn't he still been pretty hedged on Cutcliffe? I haven't seen him say anything super confident that it's happening, more just "rumors that there's a chance" type stuff. I may have missed what he said though.
  9. This would be a nice add even without Arch. With that said, can't tell if it's real of just BS rumor-mongering
  10. Yeah I agree. Moving DK to C meant we had a bad C and a bad RT instead of a bad C and a good RT. That was dumb. I’d rather have Devon as a stud Guard and Jones as an average RT instead of Campbell as an average Tackle and someone else as an average G. As long as he’s actually open to G, should work out fine. And pretty sure he was a G in the UA All American game so he must not be too set on T.
  11. Being willing and able to play right or left is the fast track to getting pt early. Not sure thats where he should be, but nothing wrong with trying him out there. You thinking of Banks? I really meant OT vs G for Campbell, not the side
  12. Isn't Campbell one of the smallest OLs of the bunch by height/length? I think size queen means more than weight..
  13. When did Campbell trying RT become a thing? Hope he's not too stuck on that idea
  14. Neyor is gonna be this offseason's Kool-aid flavor of choice, you can already tell. Really hope he has the speed/agility to be a difference maker bc he clearly has size and ball skills.
  15. I think the staff's view is that our guys had a training regimen/technique that led to a lot of injuries. So basically that the players knew how to add strength but in a way that caused injuries. I'm not saying it's right. Just that that's what the staff seems to be claiming.
  16. Reporters now confirming that Campbell did indeed sign in December
  17. Kiffin RT'd both of these hahaha
  18. He got an offer from Hawaii. Not sure what he's waiting for I mean c'mon
  19. Saw on TigerDroppings that some LSU reporter claimed A&M offered Matthews $80k upfront plus $100k/year and a car
  20. The TigerDroppings melt over A&M's bags is pretty funny. Not unlike our melts but still funny. Only annoying thing is some of their posters lump us in with A&M when it comes to NIL.
