  1. I hate to hear that AUTF, I hope he kicks this virus's ass.
  2. Consider ordering a drum dial tuner at the same time. It made things easier for my son. https://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/Drumdial--drumdial-precision-drum-tuner
  3. If AUTF's "pretty sure" is anything like mine, he already has a shipping number.
  4. Too bad this isn’t an option.
  5. Warmoth has some good deals on some finished Tele bodies right now if you like a classic burst. $270 https://www.warmoth.com/Showcase/ShowcaseItem.aspx?Body=2&Shape=2&Type=82&Path=Telecaster,Vintage&i=PT7009#.XoR9Li85Q8Y
  6. Damnit, now I am looking at heavy metal flake basses. Fuck this thread.
  7. I can see it now. Spaghetti style Fender font "C. Fuck"
  8. Obviously every office will be different. SA should certainly contact his urologist and see what their plans are for the near future. The recommendations are for surgeries in hospitals and surgery centers to maintain bed space and free up supplies. Vasectomies are in office, minimal equipment procedures. Where I am located, doctors are still performing in office minor procedures under local anesthesia (vasectomies, small skin lesion removal etc.). They are also still performing urgent (non-emergency) surgeries that should go to avoid unnecessary delay (breast cancer resection, chemotherapy port insertion, some spine surgeries...) Given SA's recent proclivities, it may still qualify as an emergency procedure if the end result in 9 months is child support and a crazy baby mama.
  9. That's good advice. It also happened to a friend of mine. He decided to skip providing follow up samples to the urologist. Just one, not twins though. Absolutely do every follow up test to make sure that you are indeed clear.
  10. You should be fine. That is an in office procedure under local. Should not be affected by the current cancellation of elective operative procedures.

  12. I'm gonna cross post this from the drum forum thread, but Lone Star Percussion is having a 50% off sale on demos and clearance items with code "discountsquared" Sale ends at 5pm CST http://www.lonestarpercussion.com/#/~search/page/1/view/listView/allAttributes/Ways-to-Save:Clearance;Ways-to-Save:Used;Ways-to-Save:Demo A Gretsch 4 Piece Shell Pack MSRP $5389, normal price $4342. 13. Tractor Supply rubber horse stall mat. They are thick and super durable. Get as many as you need and just place them side by side. I tried the foam interlocking ones from Academy and they started to spit apart with any type of lateral movement on them. https://www.tractorsupply.com/tsc/product/4-ft-x-6-ft-x-3-4-in-thick-rubber-stall-mat?cm_vc=-10005
  14. The Yamaha BB has crushed any desire for anything else. But if Sweetwater wanted to give me an unbelievable deal on this one, I’d be willing to talk the call from Fort Wayne.
  15. I have been on the home workout for years now. Just hated driving to the gym everyday. I also need some sort of plan going in or I will just kinda futz around and not really get in a good balance workout. For those looking for routines at home depending on your equipment options: AthleanX-Jeff Cavelier. He has a ton of plans from body weight only to full squat rack. Big focus on effective athletic moves and not doing stupid stuff to get hurt which is helpful for an old guy like me. I have done AX, AX2, XERO plus a few others. I am currently doing Monster Maker and have been pleased so far. Beachbody online: Cheap monthly streaming. Access to P90X, P90X2, P90X3, Insanity, Tony Horton One on One routines (Dumbell and cardio routines that are pretty good if you can tolerate TH's personality), Yoga, Body Beast (a really good weight training plan if you have access to a good supply of dumbbells and a weight bench). Beachbody can be a bit annoying with their trainer personalities, but in these difficult times its hard to be picky. TRX is another good option and there are some ass kicking schedules out there that will expose just how weak your core is while trying to press/curl etc. For the I don't have weights at home crowd, TRX and Athlean-X Xero could work. Here is a sample of the no body weight workout.
  16. Well, that is one good thing to come out of this pandemic.

  18. Are you talking 2021 late April/mid May? I don't see how MLB starts playing any real games that soon.
  19. https://scottsbasslessons.com It has a huge library of beginner to extremely advanced lessons, they do a lot of live seminars with video/chat. Today's seminar is with Danny Mo Morris. There is a pretty big online community/forum that I have found helpful. Only downside is that he does send a lot of emails about stuff, but I can probably filter that down if I really get sick of it.
  20. Scott's bass lesson subscription. Might as well be productive when I'm at home.
  21. In for a copy of the first vinyl run.
  22. Nice! Quite the pawnshop score.
  23. In the interest of safety, I am willing to house and quarantine that Jazzmaster and Tele until this pandemic blows over.
  24. Out of rep. Both of those are great!
