  1. I can only say what has worked for me, everyone is different.
  2. Not really lifting as I never have, but looking to start soon. Even so, peloton has made my numbers better. While my weight loss numbers have considerably slowed, my BMI and BF has continued to drop. I hear ya, but I completely disagree about slowing your metabolism. There are a bunch of recent studies showing that fasting and keto improves your metabolism. Now I don't fast like other here, but I do 16/8 fasting, which anyone can easily do, it is skipping breakfast basically. I do agree with you on the sustainable approach of counting macros and eating healthier, etc. That is the key for maintenance. But I will still be mostly keto when I hit my goal, even for maintenance. It is a lifestyle for me now, feel better, have more energy working out, etc. For you, get over what you call a "fad" diet, things may work or not work for you, that is okay. You can say that someone lost weight and gained it all back on any diet in history, because that is true.
  3. That's a good point, but I wonder what the threshold is for the long term fasters. Bernard lost like 100 pounds, and gained 40 or so back, which either way is a great year of weight loss. Think Al is close to 100 down as well. Seems like incredible results, but need to be careful when you stop what you are doing to lose the weight. Interests me, as I have lost a ton of weight in the last 8 months, still in weight loss mode, but need to figure out a way to maintain somewhat and not gain it all back. I don't know the answer to that yet, but as I get closer to my new weight loss goal, need to figure it out soon.
  4. He has mentioned his coverage is bad several times. Where he has wifi, he tests normal speeds. Seems like a coverage issue to me with one router, but maybe not.
  5. Am I the only one getting constant email notifications now, started about 2 weeks ago out of nowhere. Every time I change my settings to remove them, I get more than before.
  6. Your 100 is fine, get a mesh system for better wifi coverage. You don't have to "move your wifi" as you say. The base stays where your router is now, and plug in other nodes where needed, solves your coverage problem.
  7. I’m not sure why aggy can’t admit they have a great class and we have a great class. They got some players for sure that will need to play right away.
  8. Can you get gigapower from att since you have fiber? That is vastly better speeds, as for coverage, I would look into a mesh system like google, Eero, or orbi to increase your coverage.
  9. He was on the espn national signing day show, but I switched over to Herman so not sure if still on.
  10. Jimbo just talked up the close losses because of course he did.
  11. Kirby Smart talking up academics, sure bud.
  12. Not Pepperoni, but the ministry. Sounds like some decommiting coming which is disappointing.
  13. In response to the Bru situation, Texags has instituted the Ellison and Mowry rule, where they will count towards the 2019 and 2020 rankings.
  14. Not sure why he waste's his time doing his own rankings when he is part of Rivals. It's no Luicci 44.
  15. Pretty much sums it up for me, yes it is expensive, but worth it if you use it. Congrats on your streak! No where close to that for me, but it has gotten me much more active than previously, and I am getting even more into it this year.
