  1. Not great. It's going to be hard to pull that in this environment. If you have unsecured debt, maybe default and come back later. 4% in this economy might be considered slavery. I doubt many CC balances ever get paid.
  2. Don't be an ass. 1. There will be inflation but probably more in the form of stagflation. It's the governments only route at this point. 2. You don't know me, my partners, or my frugal lifestyle. I drive an ugly old ass vehicle and it's paid for. Most of my cash is in my business so cash flow is tight for me. 3. The virus stuff is real. My kids are now almost through. We have immunity. It's not my information. I was passing along info from doctors in HK that was published on Pub Med.gov. 4. I live what would be considered a rougher existence to most Americans. Especially fellow Texas grads. but my buddies who used to make fun of me are now calling for money.
  3. I sub contract all of my employees. Work to the lowest bidder. I no pay til I'm satisfied. Gotta retain margin and quality.
  4. People are going to be absolutely shocked when the dust settles. The business environment is going to be totally different. Places you take for granted are going to be gone. The only hope now is massive inflation in an attempt to escape the defaults.
  5. I have several spec homes sitting on the ground paid in cash. No business debt. I'm going to be fucking pissed if I take a hit on profit because of this bullshit. I don't qualify for assistance. My one remedy would be to draw up on all short term credit lines, take the cash, and let them go. Once the inflation hits, sell the homes and continue to operate in cash.
  6. A cancelled season may be all I need to distance from organized sports altogether. I no longer follow NFL, NBA, or MLB. Tread lightly herb. These clowns are anticipating their cut of the 2 trillion corporate bailout. A year would give them plenty of time to disappear from the grasp of the common man.
  7. Understand that what we are doing here, in Europe, and in China is going to ravage the least on our planet. I really regret our debt based economy but that's another topic altogether. The least among us usually take the brunt of economic downturns because they will be the ones put upon. Just sayin. Back on topic.
  8. What do you have against black and brown people? The US economy is the engine for most of the world.
  9. My concern is the economic damage that is taking place. Not only will it hurt the US but it will also have harsh effects on the world economy. Currently the estimate for people starving to death by the day is 21,000 worldwide because of a lack of employment. An economic depression would take us to what.... maybe 100,000 plus per day? https://editorials.voa.gov/a/world-hunger-day-2019/4935420.html Puts the current situation into perspective, no?
  10. If they cancel the season, maybe they will have to layoff the worthless paper pushers in Belmont and we can have an objective of winning going forward. I can always dream.
  11. $100 says they have more cancellations than sales.
  12. I wonder how season ticket sales are going?
  13. Agree with everything here. I would add that pod scheduling with a neighboring pod would be financially beneficial when considering travel costs. One would need to do a cost benefit analysis of having bluebloods play every year vs the costs of all schools traveling across the country. Costs are about to become much larger than they previously were. I imagine once we get past this period in time that the schools will be moving quickly to secure revenue.
  14. You have it. The pain should be in your neck and back mainly but could be anywhere you have lymph nodes. Fatigue? Cough incoming.
  15. PSA: It finally moved to all of my family. The virus lingers and doesn't just go away. I ran an experiment by taking each of the compounds individually to test symptoms and effectiveness. I found that the ISATIS ROOT extract was the most effective. This is probably due to the availability of larger doses. My brother and wife are doing better but they have confirmed that it comes back. You can mask the pain by taking advil etc but it does not deter the virus like the compounds. The most effective route is taking all the compounds as it attacks the virus in different ways. When you first get the symptoms: 1000mg of Isatis Root extract will knock it down. It will take about 3 hours to realize effects through less pain. Next, 500 mg 3 times a day to be able to operate with no symptoms. You may feel some mild pain but it's minor. It will take over a week to a month to be well. The symptoms lessen and become manageable. The goal is to keep it out of the lungs and off the kidneys. No fear.
  16. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4032839/table/T1/?report=objectonly https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/16115693 Let's hope you don't need any of this.
  17. If you can find myricetin, do it. It was on my list from above post more than 10 days ago. It's not to be found. The Isatis is available because it's Chinese.
  18. Tests aren't available. It's not like having a rash. It will knock you down. The fatigue is hard to describe. If tests were available and I have a horrible headache and am extremely tired, I'm not waiting in line all day. I can't make you believe me, just trying to help.
  19. If your not sleeping for 12+ hours a day, you don't have it yet. It's the fatigue that is the tell.
