  14. I don't think @pmg is on Surly anymore, but there may still be a thread on the old site. He hiked the entirety of the 200+ mile Muir Trail through Yosemite alone at least once. I don't know anyone as knowledgeable about Yosemite.

  19. It's the BLT and the Holy Biscuit. Whatever they're going to charge for the fried charcuterie is too much, I've been making this for years and years for New Year's Day brunch. It's not only easy to make, but doesn't cost much for the ingredients.
