  1. Hate losing Guilbeau. I think he is going to be a good one. And I think having him committed helped with Anderson.
  2. IT didn't pick up on that because they trusted their source to a fault and explaining that situation would likely result in throwing a certain person under the bus. They held on to their stance until they were finally explicitly told otherwise. Again take from that what you will.
  3. IT was very adamant the pick was UT and didn't change their tune until they talked to Banks the morning of his commitment. Then gave the vague response on why they were wrong. I think we can deduce what happened here.
  4. I can't get with the notion Bank moved up his commitment date and hasn't made a decision yet. Why rush or add pressure unnecessarily? I'd bet he already knows.
  5. We told the kid "no thanks" so I am not surprised he took a shit on us, especially if his dad is a horn fan. Kid will probably carry that chip on his shoulder throughout his college career. I sure hope the coaching staff learned some hard lessons because they definitely have egg on their face at this point.
  6. Yea however it appears we take the silent and stop recruiting. We got lucky doubling back on Miller, we'll see what happens with Sexton.
  7. Uh yea, exactly that, go public in 48 hour or some such or we don't consider you a commit and your spot is still available. Playing nice and allowing "commits" to be silents for months isn't working out for them.
  8. Staff should just stop accepting silents at this point or at least put a timetable on going public. Seems they've mismanaged "silent" recruits all cycle, either that or they are easy as fuck to troll.
  9. So what is more likely, Cam sensed numbers were tight, and gave a silent to hold his spot at UT until he decided which school he really wanted to go to or the visit high wore off and he decided he really wanted to go to Oregon? Either way the staff can't allow this to happen, telling Sexton we have no room when this commitment was 100% in can't happen. I think it is probably always best to let a kid go home and think about it after wanting to commit while on a visit, or put a statute of limitations on a silent commit.
  10. Why did you let them coerce you into posting this prior to the announcement? Why possibly ruin the kids moment to appease a bunch of pussy ass bitches on a message board?
  11. I hope they let Donovan give his lecture to all the recruits that visit.
  12. What counterargument? You replying he sucks? That isn't really an argument which is why I called it sour grapes. And excuse me for not knowing it's spelled Keaontay, but pointing out a silly grammar mistake for a specially spelt name further let's me know you have no real argument.
  13. Yeah this is just sour grapes in regards to Keontay. Kid needed a fresh start so it doesn't bother me that he transferred, but Keilan hasn't really done shit on the field as of yet outside of garbage time, and KI is likely to have a bigger impact on his new team. So again not sure why anyone would expect Keilan to be ranked first. And in the end I think Keontay will have had the better career out of the two.
  14. Why wouldn't Keontay be ahead of Keilan? Seems weird you are surprised by that.
  15. How do we know that is his reaction to Miller committing? I think you guys are creating your own narrative here.
  16. There was a reason everyone switched to “not gonna happen” Miller had someone in his ear that was successfully pushing him away from UT. Not sure anyone is going to cry about Dewberry committing somewhere else.
  17. Has Blue taken any other visits? Kid seems locked in
  18. He rebutted an article put out today in a tweet from yesterday? And the tweet doesn’t address him wanting out of Portland nor the shot at Billups.
