I don't visit my parents in Conroe, because the lake water seems to have rotted the brains of everyone in Montgomery County. I told them this would be the case a little over a year ago, when all their buddies were spouting off hateful shit on Facebook (which I don't have, but the especially heinous comments get relayed to me). They can drive to central Texas to see me, which they have done a couple of times. I certainly don't have the respect I once did for them, though.
You won't visit your parents because of random comments on a social media platform you don't us?

Get fucked, fozzz.
Why you haf to be mad? Literally just posting covid related news. I was told by you these morons were all white MAGA clowns. Doesn't seem to be the case in that video.
*And I agree they're stupid.

It doesn't matter. Just get it. Even if you have antibodies the vax is always better. There is no middle ground. You're either evil for not getting it or you're saving people's lives. It's simple.
I have both. I got the JJ vaccine a while ago.

What is added by this report?
Among Kentucky residents infected with SARS-CoV-2 in 2020, vaccination status of those reinfected during May–June 2021 was compared with that of residents who were not reinfected. In this case-control study, being unvaccinated was associated with 2.34 times the odds of reinfection compared with being fully vaccinated
I agree with you, having verifiable antibodies doesn't provide protection. Immunity from prior infection is a farce. It doesn't exist. Only the vaccine provides protection. Science.

Why get a vax I don't need because I have natural immunity which confers much greater protection than a vaccine which doesn't even stop the spread and really is now a vaccine which will make you less sick. The stop the spread argument no longer holds water. The other argument is still legitimate. I think of you haven't had covid then you'd be kinda stupid not to get the vax so you don't potentially get super sick. In the end though if you want to risk it that's your call.
Having antibodies from prior infection doesn't count for some reason.

Stupid is as stupid does.
Biden in his speech said 75% of the population has received at least one dose of the vaccine. Of the 25% who are unvaccinated a decent % knowingly or unknowingly have antibodies from prior infection.

Go fuck yourself, Fozzz.
Yes or no, are the majority of people vaccinated and/or have antibodies from prior infection?

As has been explained to you many times, Israel's data does not show what your right wing media wants you to believe. I know you don't care, because you're a low rent troll, but maybe there will come a day when you grow up and listen to people who know what they're talking about and lack an agenda.
Nah.
I don't follow right wing media outside of checking in to mock it. The tweet I posted is from a progressive school teacher. What's ironic is that your posts are steeped right wing neoliberalism.

Or when they create the perfect biological petri dish for new variants of the disease to manifest itself, variants against which our vaccines have no efficacy.
Source other than Facebook or clickbait media? And how does that explain countries like Israel where the majority of people are vaccinated? I know it's easy to want a scapegoat but there is much more nuance to this pandemic.

9/11 killed 3000 people with an ever-changing, impossible-to snuff-out enemy. Covid has killed millions worldwide and continues to kill thousands of Americans everyday in a world where a safe and effective vaccine exists. Other people's "civil liberties" are infringing on other peoples' right to be alive.
Majority of people are vaccinated and/or have antibodies from prior infection. As a vaccinated person an unvaccinated person is not a threat to me.

Use some critical thinking skills and tell us what you think the difference might be. There’s a few obvious ones but this is an obvious troll thread so you’ll keep trolling.

Yes - if they refuse the flu vaccine because they don’t “believe” in vaccines then they’re an anti-vaxxer.
If they don’t get the vaccine because they’re lazy or can’t afford it or never get around to it, or are allergic to a component, then no - they aren’t anti-vaxxers.
I mean, you yourself used the word “refuse”.So if you're lazy, agnostic, can't get around to it, etc., about the flu vaccine you're not an anti-vaxxer. Why doesn't the same apply to the covid vaccine?

You are a fucking moron. You started this thread just to ask this stupid fucking question when it could of easily been asked and ridiculed in the Covid-19 thread like it was the first 50 times.
"Could have" not "could of"
Not why I started this thread btw.

Holy false equivalency Batman. And now the reason you created the thread is confirmed.
It's not that deep, it was just a random thought. Anyways, would they be considered antivax for refusing the flu vaccine?

Yet he posted his thoughts about the protests. Unlike you, he gave his post context. Just randomly posting about a covid protest in Germany is just weird. What is your point?
I get it, you want me to pick a side. Pro-vaccine & anti-passport. Also supported and marched in the BLM protests during lockdown in SoCal.

Fozzz, back when you were Fozzz, I suggested that you start a thread called "The Fozzz Manifesto" which would help people to understand just what the fuck point you're trying to make with some of what you post. You post this kind of thing without the context of your own opinion on the matter. This is largely why people are so hostile to you in CR, Fozzz.
Anti-mandate protests around the world seems relevant to the thread, yes? Bad Sign just posted a tweet of a protest & you aren't on his ass. And I'm not Fozz, mods can do an IP check. He was before my time bc I don't remember his posts.

Wondering how many people are getting the flu vaccine and if they've been vaccinated for Covid. I'm vaccinated for Covid but haven't received the flu vaccine.
