Other than the new Land Cruiser, they’re boring looking appliances. Some people appreciate design aesthetics. Some people don’t and that’s okay, too. I’m glad that some people appreciate aesthetics as those folks help pay the bills in my house given my wife’s career.

Love my Toyota product 2025 Lexus RS.  We had a 2006 onefor ten years, switched to MBZ for 9, then back.   Looks?  I get plenty of compliments at the PT for old injured folks place.

They’re eating their dogs, they’re eating their cats, they’re….eating their pets.  (Drool runs down his chin)

and you could not ascertain that this guy was just a desperate, lying, crazy s.o.b. Just what from that says getting the job done:  with honor.

Honor.  Does he even know what this is or means?  Do you?

two of those TDs came in OT because bert missed a chip shot FG that would have won us the game. Quinn was pretty terrible during regulation and if Texas doesn’t have a pumpkin pie haircutted freak for a kicker then QE’s statistical day vs ASU sucks.

Jesus, Quinn got us into TWO makeable fg attempts before overtime.  He can’t make the kicks himself.  Now,  listen to Jazz man, respect the objective QB ratings, get outta here.   Any idiot can point at important plays in that game.  After the first ASU fg, every single play was crucial to the game outcome.  We won.

At first I thought "this isn't Trump's America, that's in Toronto". I keep forgetting Canada is the 51st State.

The flight was from MSP on an obviously USA carrier.

I'm not joking at all. I like Pete, but his past in management consulting gives me pause. I probably wouldn't vote for him in a primary. I'd 100% vote for him if he won the nomination, though.

How long will this pogrom last?  He ditched McKinsey long ago.  The grudge and grievance line is over yonder.

I don't think so, but then again, I don't buy into the Hitler metaphor. I don't think it's particularly helpful or historically apt. The United States in 2025 is nothing like Germany in 1933.

Other than being ripe for the taking, with a population pleased as punch to go along, no, not much alike in any anological perspective

I’m with Texifornia. I want to go to as many home games as possible but I’m (probably) not going to make three straight trips for directional schools. Home slate as a whole is pretty meh this year minus A&M.

Really makes no sense that all Civil War generals were on meth (and I'm not even sure meth existed as far back as the Civil War).  Yet, I giggled.

It was the Nazi army making their few day blitzkrieg.

  9. I’m a big Ewers supporter.   The piling on tradition is unfortunate, though maybe sometimes necessary.

As said abov, VY and Colt in the honor ring.   Ewers, Sam, thanks, and free beer for life.

Arch?  The NC is so much harder now, the SEC is actually difficult most every week, if not every.  Let’s see what he does

More than the 10-15% already announced with the re-org that begin already? I'd love to hear how you have more inside information, maybe we can take it to the O&G thread....

10-15% is gigantic.  My son has heard 5-8.   It’s all big.

IF they are ever able to major in football the University would be negligent if they didn't have some basic economic classes, and maybe something on how to evaluate agents and lawyers without hiring your buddies.  Maybe even classes on how to get an Uber at a bar, how to keep from fighting at a bar, or how to ride with other people and not have a gun in your lap.  Don't forget the car salesman courses.  Those all seem like they could be useful.
