  1. NCAA going 25% capacity in Indy for the tournament - includes players and coaches, support staff, essential staff, family members and fans in that 25%

Mackey Arena: 3500 fans (First Four and 1st/2nd Rounds)
Assembly Hall: 4300 fans (First Four and 1st/2nd rounds)  Indiana announces only 500.
Bankers Life: 5000 fans (1st/2nd Rounds and Sweet 16/Elite 😎
    Hinkle: 2300 fans (1st/2nd Rounds and Sweet 16/Elite 8 )
Farmers Coliseum: 1600 fans (1st/2nd Round)
Lucas Oil: 17000 fans (1st/2nd Round, Sweet 16/Elite 8 and Final Four/Champ Game)

Maybe Texas will get lucky and get Farmers for the first 2 games - we're used to playing in front of that.

Cruz should hire you. You have to assume that some of the "problem" politicians have trouble retaining competent staff. Besides helping to craft a decent excuse, a competent chief of staff or comms director would have told Cruz that flying to a beach vacation resort is an extremely bad idea while people are still suffering.

And Cruz should be fire anyone that didn't give him better advice. Of course, since I'm of the opinion that a vacationing Cruz is better than a working Cruz, and I'm entertained any time he's caught in a scandal or lie, I hope he continues down this path.

That would imply Republicans hire competent staff and just not grifters who majored in aggrieved conservative victimhood and have rich parents who hooked them up with a job.

Shit starts at the top - Ted Cruz is an unprincipled hack of a politician with naked ambition and lust for power who cares nothing for the people  he represents, and therefore, his staff reflects it.  That's why he sucks at constituent services - he doesn't care, so his staff doesn't care.  They're looking to make a buck, move up to a better job and demonize the libtards and MSM while they are there.

Cruz told his comms staff to find someone to blame, so, following Ted's example of not defending Heidi, they blamed his kids and he likely was fine with such a stupid statement.

I don't think the ag site is aware of the NYT tweet that someone posted a few pages back but I took a look this morning after breakfast and apparently they are railing on AOC for raising money for Texas relief. I haven't looked in depth at the ActBlue site and that is who is running it but it's supposed to be 100% to the charities that are listed there. Contrast that with MTG and the funds raised solely for her being knocked off committees in the House and I'm smh.

I’ve seen it called pandering and I’m like shit I wish Cruz would have just pandered and sent a fundraising video or some shit. He couldn’t even do that little

The Houston subreddit is just calling Beto a loser gun grabbing Rich boy who is also pandering.

I haven't looked around since we've been busy dealing with the power issues, but didn't they knock one of his buildings down this week? I feel so out of touch with the news the last several days.

    His AC casino got demolished

Wherebouts in PA?  If you don't mind saying.

PA is a hugely interesting state.  Very southern in some parts, flat hillbilly in others, very cosmopolitan yankee in others.

Philly, Pittsburgh and Alabama in between them

Campus has been closed the entire week. Not sure how to expect our guys to play without having been able to enter university facilities, especially with an abbreviated run-up to the season.

Edit: McComas is essentially saying the same thing in this twitter thread:

I want to see us play but not in these conditions. Just back out.

I think they just plan on cutting $10k checks and kicking the can down the road.

Wouldn't they just wipe $10k from the system versus sending a check?

Honestly, it's an important issue, but I think it's not an absolute right this moment thing for Biden - he can afford to wait until the end of the moratorium on payments/interest (September).  He's already asked the DOJ to start looking into his authority on what he can do.
