  1. In the last two seasons, we have seen absolutely horribad QB mechanics. Arch looks magnitudes worse than he did last year. He can't make the simplest of throws. His beautiful, accurate deep ball is nowhere to be seen. He's not even in the ballpark on deep throws. He looks as bad as Ewers did. His footwork is bad, he's not getting his body aligned to throw. He's making panic stricken throws that go in the dirt, or behind the receiver etc.. His regression is shocking. He looked no better in week 3 than he did in week 1. Whoever is in charge of managing the QB's needs to be relieved of his duties. They either don't know how to help him or they are incapable. 2 years of terrible QB mechanics is enough to know something is rotten AF. I don't know if Sark is running the room or Milwee. I also don't care. Whoever is doing it is fucking it up. Cutcliffe is a possible short term fix, ala Greg Robinson when Manny got canned. The Manning family probably has deep trust in him.
  2. It's at least the 3rd straight year of QB's with mechanics going all wonky. Milwee has to go.
  3. I think we should bring in David Cutcliffe to unofficially replace Milwee for the rest of the season. That's someone Arch probably trusts and whatever Milwee is doing is making things worse.
  4. We should reassign Milwee and replace him with David Cutcliffe for the rest of the season. Maybe he can help Arch get sorted out. What we have is not fucking working.
  5. In fairness, the offensive off season reports weren't exactly glowing. There was just hope that the reason was because the defense was so elite and we were breaking in a new OL and skill players. But in reality, shit is fucked. This looks like late era Mack Brown ineptitude on offense.
  6. Is Milwee the actual QB coach or does Sark do that? If it's Milwee we've had 3 straight years of oddly inconsistent QB mechanics. He needs to go. Perhaps we just need to make a change at QB coach regardless of who is handling the room.
  7. I may have been a little too conservative.
  8. Almost every decent team since OU last year has dramatically slowed our offense down or completely shut it down for extended periods of time, with similar problems predating last season. The feeling of the opposing defense being in our huddle has become quite familiar to us. The book is out on Sark's offense and tendencies. He either accepts this and adjusts or we're going to continue to get out coached by competent defensive coaching staffs.
  9. He needs to make changes. They don't have to be complex. They just have to not be predictable. When the film shows the defense knows the routes as soon as the ball is snapped, you have an offense that has been figured out way too much to be consistently effective against good teams.
  10. It was sobering as fuck to watch that analysis video. Watching the DB's sit there and just wait for the receivers to run to them, because the DB knew they would and were correct was painful. You can see pre-snap they know what is coming. People have figured out Sark's offense the same way they figured out Orlando's defense. Orlando had zero ability to run anything else and was hopeless and helpless. I hope Sark is smarter, but I thought he would have figured this out after Georgia X 2 and Ohio State last year. I'm not sure what to believe because this should have been fixed in the off season. We must have a MASSIVE self scouting problem. We should be finding these problems before opposing coordinators. I suspect this is something that is being severely neglected. Does anyone know if we even have a dedicated self scouting team?
  11. Can we please use 2 punt returners? How many times do we have to see punts not get fielded and lose tons of yardage?
  12. He had to one arm that catchable ball because the DB was holding his other arm down. PI
  13. Arch looked scared. What the fuck happened to him this off season? He was always so confident, even brash last season.
  14. He pissed down his leg the whole fucking game. I hope the cameras don't catch him from behind. He probably soiled himself.
  15. I feel Sark got conservative when Arch threw the football in the turf 5 yards short of an open receiver on his first pass. The moment is too big for Arch. If he doesn't settle down, we might not score. We can't run for shit... again.
  16. Parker will have 1480 yards and 17 TD's. He will establish himself as WR1 this year.
  17. Yes, the giant ranges advertised on the antennas are bogus and it's a red flag for the product. If they're lying about the range, should you trust anything else they are advertising? It's basically physically impossible to have an antenna that works for like 1600 miles. The curvature of the earth makes it impossible.
  18. I'm so glad I stopped caring about the Cowboys over a decade ago. What pain and frustration I have freed myself from.
  19. You can't post this and not show his picture.
  20. The only movie I saw at the union movie theater was Akira. Freaking fantastic. I was familiar with children's anime, like the Force Five Anime shows, but this was my first adult anime. Crazy good movie theater experience. This scene freaked me out as a kid:
