  1. All of these FSU fans acting like the system is against them need to shut up and enjoy the Orange Bowl. They don't care to remember that they've been controversially given the benefit of doubt plenty of times. In 1993, they were awarded a natty over a Notre Dame team with the same record that beat them head-to-head and an undefeated West Virginia team. In 2000, they got to play in the natty against OU over a Miami team with the same record that beat them head-to-head. In 2014, they got to play in the playoff despite playing an incredibly weak schedule and barely scraping by their opponents every week, while a conference champion TCU was left out. In other words, FSU should spare everyone of their sob story. The system has favored them many times, but it didn't this time, and they can't stand it.
  2. I think FSU is the odd-man out here. The committee will use their QB being out for the season against them. I think we're going to be the two or three seed with Bama getting in at four.
  3. Looks like that OU loss will keep us on the outside looking in. I don't think beating an 18th-ranked OSU will move the needle at all.
  4. It's been a while since we've easily won in Ames. I don't expect this one to be much different.

    9-1

I think most of us are thankful for 9-1, but we are also seeing a lot of the same inconsistencies pop up that resulted in us losing to OU. At the end of the day, it is survive and advance, and so far this team has done that.
  6. If Riley can't win in the Pac-12 with Caleb Williams at QB, I don't see him winning in the Big Ten without Caleb Williams.
  7. OSU fans are attempting to pull off one hell of a spin-job by saying the officiating was actually against them and in favor of OU the whole game. The total penalties and what people saw with their eyes say otherwise.
  8. OSU barely won at home with OU turning it over 3 times. I think we beat them pretty easily on a neutral field if Quinn is healthy.
  9. It's been obvious all season, especially yesterday, that they don't care about that. Their little brother syndrome overrides any financial logic, or logic in general. All they care about is screwing over "big, bad Texas" one last time.
  10. The Big XII will continue to try and screw us just like they did OU yesterday. It's why I'm not fully confident about any game moving forward.
  11. Maybe you should read my post after that instead of making false accusations about someone. I would expect very little reading comprehension from someone that comes from Oklahoma. Texas had zero business losing to OU, and that is all I was trying to say. Was it on the same scale as our 2015 upset? No, but it was still a loss that shouldn't have occurred.
  12. I think it works out better for us anyway that OU lost. I think we match up much more favorably with OSU.
  13. I mean in the context of it's a loss that we'll be looking back on in December saying "how did we lose that game?" I'm not saying it's the literal equivalent, simply that it is a loss that won't make sense at the end of the season.
  14. I wouldn't be worried about playing OSU at all. Assuming Quinn is back, we'd steam roll them. OSU wasn't really all that impressive today, they simply sucked slightly less than OU did.
  15. It's equivalent to us beating them in 2015.
