I'm not sure how the Lakers trade for Giannis if LeBron isn't in the deal. Which isn't going to happen.Â
I'm not sure why Houston or SA would want him. Unless the Spurs can get off KJ and Vassell - maybe Sochan - and throw in some picks and that's enough. Trading Harper or Castle is a non-starter.Â
Frankly I'm not sure why OKC would want him.Â
Miami would be an interesting one I think. Maybe Detroit?
OKC doesn’t make that move.  The pieces they’d want (Jalen and Chet) are almost 10 years younger. Â
ÂHad they lost in the playoffs to Denver last year, that might be a different story.

Hugh Freeze everyone. “I don’t wanna poor-mouth Jackson, but he is the reason I got fired.”

Â
Watching 10 minutes of film from his one year at OU would have stopped that.

I retired at 57, and if I had been making money like a P4 head coach, I would've retired a lot sooner. Work is highly overrated.
Bob Stoops retired at basically the same age. Â The days of coaches lingering around into their 60's and 70's are long over.

He’s going to end up on the Thunder, right?
It would be a fitting end but I don't think they have a roster spot. Â Could be wrong, though.
Him and SGA are great friends, though, so they might make it happen.

Turnout in Williamson County is going to be critical for Van Epps. Â It is the most educated county in the district. But unusually for such a well-educated area, it is heavily Republican.
Van Epps either needs to hold trump’s margin or run up the score with a good turnout. He doesn’t need to do both. But he can’t do neither.
Not just Republican but the capital of MAGA-stan.

So basically she hates the same things that like 70% of the people who have lived around there for more than 10-15 years hate.Â
ÂI think if a congressional candidate for TX-10 or TX-21 saying “I hate the city, I hate 6th street, I hate the comedy scene, I hate the tech bros, I hate all the things that make Austin an “it” city to the rest of the country.” they would net gain votes.Â
Yeah, this. Â Every single person in Nashville hates the peddle pubs.

I knew OKC had the Clipper pick in the 26 draft but they also have a pick swap for 27. Â
Also, they could have 3 picks in the top 14 in the 26 draft.
Jesus....

fucking slobs in their pajamas with a god damn blanket over their head at the airport(and other public places) is disgusting.
These people are the worst because they don't know how to "airport." Â There is a direct relationship to how well someone is dressed while flying and if they know what they're doing or not.

Demi needs to somehow go away, she is not good.Â
I've always been a fan of Demi Moore but her accent in this is distractingly bad.

...and Luka gets called a bitch all the time for his incessant ref whining, so what's your point? That SGA isn't the only bitch, just the biggest?
People act like SGA is the first and only one to do this and that's far from the truth. Â

I know you don't actually need this explained to you...again...but...
There's a difference between feeling slight contact and embellishing or flopping...
and non-basketball moves designed to initiate the contact, act like you got shot--sometimes even when the planned contact doesn't happen--and making no effort whatsoever to make a basket.Â
Â
You can't honestly tell me that SGA isn't guilty of the latter more than anyone in the league by a wide margin. So instead of appreciating him for bringing back the mid-range, this shit--that, unlike Harden, his game doesn't even need--is what people talk about.Â
There are entire compilations of Luka flopping. Â

It's not the number of attempts. It's how they're being collected. Stop being obtuse.
Oh, so he's different from literally everyone else? He's the only one that flops?

in 10 years kids will look at michael jordan’s stats and say, “deni avdija used to do that every night, who cares?”
seriously. wtf is happening with the most random players dropping video game numbers every single night? his stat line is only partially explained by his insane 19/22 ft/fta line.

This is the most mickey mouse fabricated fake team I've ever seen. Â but its their culture. 3 players ran over to help out their fallen bullshit master artist. It's all encouraged now. Nobody has a problem with it so long as it works.
I hope they all feel dirty with the pure BS they pull on offense while hand checking everybody with physical defense on the opposite end and getting away with it. but they dont mind, no moralsÂ
Â
fuck em. again.
Shai didn't even take the most FT's in that game. Â What's his nuts took 23 and SGA only took 12. Â Meanwhile, in the Lakers games, Luka took 14 and Reaves took 12.
Shai isn't even the league leader in FTA's. Â That would be, yes, Luka. Â Giannis is #2. Â Shai is #3 and Reaves is right behind him.
Don't let the actual numbers get in the way, though. Â

With nil and the portal any program can turn right around.  Silverfield and the UM GM have been really good at managing the portal and their retention element.  The GM is expected to move to Fayettenam as well.  He was able to pull 29 wins in three years solidifying winning teams out of all new players is what’s needed at all but the biggest programs. Â
Âthe schools that go after old school coaches that think players are there for four years and can’t figure out the portal are going to crash into a brick wall.  It’s way more about coaching than scheme.

I think Silverfield is a decent hire - as mentioned above, he seems to have a strong football mind and understand the new NIL/portal environment. But the SEC is consistently a meat grinder, so if he can't recruit quickly (and get the Waltons/Tysons/Hunts of NWA to pony up even more for NIL), don't expect much to change.Ark is in good shape in most other sports, and the AD Yurachek has been really vocal about needing to fix funding for football now, so we'll see.Â
All of this is accurate. Â The Arkies just think they should be great at football despite never being great at football. Â For some reason, the fans liked Golesh because he was good one year at TN. Â The Memphis guy has been at Memphis 6 years and went 29-9 the last three years. Â For some reason, they don't like that.
Petrino actually did pretty well with what he had. Â All the games were close and the offense was really good. Â Their defense was next level bad talent wise and there isn't much you can do to fix that.
Texas and OU going to the SEC didn't do them any favors. Â Both are significantly better and multiple tiers more committed to football. Â
To your point, they are legitimately good/great in every other sport but their fans are obsessed with being a football school.

Yeah, hard to believe this was a school that nabbed Bielma a few cycles ago. Didn’t work out but stealing from Big Ten Wisky who had been to Rose Bowls and won conference championships was a power move.Â
Even Chad Morris was a good hire on paper. Â
They then hired Pittman who was a 60 year old lifetime position coach because no one else wanted the job. Â He had never even been a coordinator.

Arky fans think they're a top job but don't realize they're a bottom tier job at this point. Â They used to be good until they stopped taking football seriously with the Pittman hire. Â Meanwhile, the whole landscape changed.
They were are the bottom this year with Oklahoma State. Â I thought OSU was a worse job but they got a better coach so maybe not. Â Looking at Arkansas' schedule next season, 4-8 looks likely and these same fans will just bitch.

They're upset about this but the Memphis guy has a better resume than the USF guy.
Also, names straight out of a John Grisham book since they're in Memphis:

Clippers are legitimately bad, even with The Nephew and the Strip Club MVP putting up numbers. Â They're 0-4 since the The Nephew came back from his latest "injury." Â Had the most winnable games in a long time playing bad Memphis and Dallas teams at home. Â Lost both. Â The next 5 are all on the road. Â
That's about to get ugly fast.
OKC has their pick.
