I wouldn't say his wife being married three times makes her promiscuous.  (My bar for that is very high, though.)

I just think it shows she has bad judgement, which is backed up by marrying this guy.  Put it this way, you're 35 and you've met a 35 year old woman you like.  Would you rather her have been with 100 men and never married or have been married 5 times?

Same here.  My wife and daughter refuse to shop at Target.

They're managed to piss off both sides, which is almost impossible.  They were too woke and now they're not woke enough or whatever.  More importantly, though, their stores are a mess and their inventory system is borderline broken so they don't know what they have and what they don't.

They're also highly exposed to Trump's tariffs being that they're mostly general merchandise.

Saw that Walmart reported stronger sales and upped their forecast… which can be viewed as + or - for overall economy. But then they mentioned the sales bump is partly due to higher income shoppers which is a canary in the coal mine.

They've been doing well with +100K households for a while now.  What's really going on is they're taking a lot of share from most everyone except Amazon and Costco.  Target is a compete fucking mess, the dollar channel is struggling, drug stores (why do they even exist?), and the Krogers of the world are basically flat.

Walmart's sales were up 5% but that's a huge amount of actual money.

Can you imagine the irritation of dealing with sports "reporters" asking you the same fucking question over and over every time you step into the open? Sports idiots with access to mass media are a plague.

Just remember your cliches.  It's easy.

The thought of having to interview to go to TCU is hilarious. I'm sure my girl nailed it though.

Worst writing for and of women I've seen in a while

The show is a comedy, not a drama.

But no, Sheridan can't write for women but most men can't.

The Mavs are my second favorite nba team behind the Spurs and I can’t let go of this abomination of a trade. I can’t imagine what it’s like for the prime Mav’s fans. I feel really bad for those folks.

Question for you and all of the other Mavs fans.....

Is it that he traded Luka or that he got such a bad return?  I never thought the logic of trading Luka was bad.  He was out of shape and chronically injured and got in return...Anthony Davis?

Would you feel differently had they traded Luka to OKC for Jalen Williams, Cason Wallace, and a tasty pick or two?  (OKC would never have done that but that's the first example that popped into my head.)

    Okay, let's workshop this plan:

The Trump government gives some amount of money directly to the people so they can "negotiate and buy their own, much better, insurance."

Cleetus, in Forkland, Alabama:  "Hello, Mr. United Healthcare.  I'd like to negotiate a health plan with my $2,000 annual payment from our fine President.  Also, my wife and I are both have diabeetus, and I'm recovering from ass cancer.  Whaddyu got for us?"

    United Healthcare:  "Hahahahahahahahahahahahaha!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!]

Yeah, that's how it will go.

I can't tell you how much I hate this idea.  I don't want to go shopping a million different health plans.  The Medicare parts confuse me and a lot of other people now they want everyone to do it?

I think you may be conflating two different Marine documentaries that are currently out in Netflix.

Boots is about a gay guy joining the USMC during the don't ask don't tell days.

Marine is about the 31st MEU preparing and underway on a 2 month deployment in East Asia.

I haven't watched Boots, but am definitely interested in the Scout Sniper platoon commander in Marine.  I would 100% get gay that for sure.

That platoon commander is a woman.

Good.  He fired through a closed door with no warning.  About like that neighbor lady on Netflix.

Quote from that link.  If you fire a weapon, you mean for something to happen to somebody.

He fired one shot toward the door. He said the door never opened and he didn’t announce himself or say anything before he pulled the trigger.

When told he had killed Rios, he put his head down on the table and said he didn’t mean for anything to happen to anybody.

There's a metric shit-ton of Taurus Judge's out there and I haven't heard many issues from them.  Wheel guns aren't exactly the most difficult items to produce, especially short barreled ones that are good for keeping you safe pumping gas or walking to/from your car.  Longer range, consistent accuracy isn't really part of the equation.

And for the record, and I have fired a ton of BIG handguns from 454's to .50 Desert eagles.  NOTHING made we want to pack it up and head inside more than those little f'ing .357 hammerless, ultralight snubbies.  JFC it's like grabbing a live wire.  My wrist snapped back.  Loud as hell.  Damn hand near went numb.  Utterly worthless.  After the first shot you are so discombobulated and a follow-up shot is out of the question.

I've been researching revolvers and the reviews I've read from recent years is that they are great for the money.  Most negative comments reference Taurus' quality control from the 1970's and 80's.  I ended up buying the 605 and the build is solid.  It's a good value shooter.

I've had an 8 shot Taurus .357 for a while now and it's fine.  I don't shoot it much but to your point, it's hard to screw up a revolver.
