NCAA member schools and conferences make their own decisions regarding regular season and conference tournament play.  As we have stated, we will make decisions on our events based on the best, most current public health guidance available. Neither the NCAA COVID-19 advisory panel, made up of leading public health and infectious disease experts in America, nor the CDC or local health officials have advised against holding sporting events. In the event circumstances change, we will make decisions accordingly.

    - Mark Emmert, NCAA president

Doesn't sound as promising with more colleges closing up for the rest of the semester

This is what I'm getting at.

My take has always been Bernie represents the 30% that doesn't fit into what the other 70% want. Like the choice "D - None of the above" answers on a multiple choice question. Just because a majority of people pick it doesn't mean it represents what the majority of people want.

There was a pretty widespread sentiment in 2016 that Biden would have beaten Trump had he run. Lots of folks despised Hillary, but thought of Biden as that generally likeable uncle who says crazy things on occasion.

I'm of the belief the DNC told him not to run it was Hillary's race. I too think he would have won (rather easily I might add)

I just don’t see Biden being as flawed of a candidate as Clinton and I also don’t see him making the same mistakes as Clinton either.

The coming months will show that to not be a valid statement. Trump and gang have been working for a couple years in anticipation of him being the likely 2020 foe. Hunter Biden drama should show you he's got some serious baggage.

The Baylor Bears, the #1 team in the country, is only a 6 point favorite against the MIGHTY Texas Longhorns.  Six.  That's less than a touchdown.

Baylor's got some better games coming up. Could easily see them up 12-16 most of the game and give some starters a break and us hit a couple late threes to get within 6. Lol..no... we lose by 20+... Shaka factor.

We had DBs drop like flies at 190lbs and heavier & this kid buys a load of s*#% that he’ll see the field in 9 months at a 165lbs soaking wet right now?? In the “big boy SEC” conference no less. Smh ok lol

Yeah, I'm not sure telling him how our veteran, bigger DBs don't stay on their field because they get hurt all the time would be a big selling point for coming here.

Today is the first day since Donald Trump was elected that I've felt his chances of winning in November are better than his chances of losing and a lot of it has to do with Democratic  Party incompetence.

I was there when the Democratic party's platform for 2020 was/is: "defeat Trump"

The minute they made this election about Trump the person they lost.

    i don't understand what you're asking.

do i think trump will lose the popular vote in 2020?  yes, by 5mm+ votes.

You're implying there is a "good" side and a "bad" side that is obvious to you. I'm saying either others agree and it's a slam dunk election for the democrats or maybe the "both sides" argument has much more validity than you think.

    seriously this.

if you say one kid stole a nickel and the other stole a dime, then fine.  they're both little thieves, but it's fifteen cents, so what can you really do.

if #bothsides do things you don't agree with, or fail to keep campaign promises, then you say hey, that's politics, it's been going on for centuries.

but that line of thinking gets you into trouble when you have (1) a politician that gives zero fucks (2) a politician that owes everything to a (hostile) foreign nation (3) a politician that is only interested in furthering his own interests and (4) a system too broken to stop a true bully.

he saw the situation, and he took advantage of it.  right now the gop is complicit in the scam, either because they agree with it, or because they're too fucking petrified to do anything about it, because in their world, power is everything, and it'll have to be pulled from them with their teeth marks still on it.

so when does it end?  what happens if he loses the election and sues everyone and refuses to leave?  what happens if he wins the election and decides to run for a third term because of all the investigations?  what happens when he starts having white house reporters arrested?  what happens when he starts leasing out our soldiers?

if you allow what is going on currently, and admit that it's just a matter of degree, then you're negotiating.  and we've already lost.

You make it sound like voters aren't a party to the system and the current situation and they have no ability to correct it
