  1. I don’t think she has to. She has changed positions on everything she stood for via campaign statements on background. Just vibes to win. It’s working.
  2. Chainsaw's buds are going to make next week a shit show, aren't they?
  3. is this Catturd? I can feel the racism through the internet. Looks like an angry thumb
  4. Current 538 polling has Harris up 2.2 nationally. On 8/8/2020 Biden was up 7.8. Momentum is in Harris favor obviously but as the great Winston Wolf once said, let's not start sucking each other's dicks just yet.
  5. where were all these in 2020 at this point in the race?
  6. I'm clearly not part of the majority here but this feels like an unforced error. While I don't really think VP picks matter, she 100% has to win Pennsylvania to win and instead of picking the very popular governor she went with a guy from a state that was never in doubt. I think Shapiro would've locked down PA and don't think picking him would've impacted Minnesota or Michigan. It can be framed pretty easily that she didn't pick Shapiro due to him being Jewish (even though that isn't true). The honeymoon bump is over and now its about to be a race.
  7. chatgpt answer for voting D "Voters should be excited to vote Democrat in the upcoming election because the party is championing progressive policies aimed at creating a more equitable and sustainable future. Democrats are focused on expanding access to affordable healthcare, tackling climate change through innovative green technologies, and ensuring a fair economy where everyone has a chance to thrive. Their platform emphasizes social justice, inclusivity, and investing in education and infrastructure to build a stronger, more resilient nation. Voting Democrat offers a chance to support a vision of progress and positive change."
  8. wrote into chatgpt to write a short paragraph on why someone would be excited to vote R "Voters should be excited to vote Republican in the upcoming election because the party is dedicated to promoting economic growth through lower taxes, deregulation, and policies that encourage entrepreneurship. Republicans emphasize a strong national defense, reducing government spending, and upholding traditional values, aiming to create a stable and secure environment for all Americans. Their focus on individual freedom and personal responsibility resonates with those who believe in empowering citizens and fostering a robust, dynamic economy. Voting Republican offers a chance to support a vision of limited government and a free-market economy."
  9. Continuing to moderate and reverse previous positions is a good sign, imo. Picking Shapiro would be another good sign.
  10. so this captures post assassination attempt and kamala at head of ticket?
  11. I think we are just vibing but no, not really. VPs have historically not moved the needle at all. Agree that he solidifies MN but that's about it.
  12. good statement on yesterday's bullshit
  13. you got married? booooooo.....unless it was one of those vegas girls then congrats wow, this is new information. thanks
  14. When Kamala ran for POTUS last time why did she drop out prior to Iowa? Funding or polling or combo? Shapiro apparently waffling on being Veep. Cooper from NC is a possibility.
  15. The 'republican' thing might be a red herring. Here's a few other republicans that are sad that lunatic didn't kill Trump (Joe Scarborough, Ana Navarro, Rick Wilson, among others). The republican label is being used to defend against him being identified as a dem/liberal and radicalized by their rhetoric. One thing I haven't seen discussed although Hugo kinda mentioned it, is the environment that created this attempted assassin. Social worker and a psychologist for parents. I'd pull on that thread if I was an investigator. Vance is a Thiel acolyte. Trump's rationale there I'm guessing is to help pierce the blue wall because it does nothing else to expand the electorate. But it will bring Thiel $ in.
  16. Just a sad day for the country and you’re cheering it on. It’s gross
  17. Don’t think it was a power move. Just more of the same
