Look--whatever you do in the privacy of the voting booth is your business.  But I'm telling you that the country club discussions that were very pro-Republican just five years ago are very anti-Republican today.

Not sure to which country clubs you refer, but I think you'd be surprised at the level of continued pro-Trumpism among CC types here in Dallas.

My buddy just got out of prison after 6 years a few week ago. Dropped him off at some a hotel off loop 12 to bang a hooker he found on backpage last week. Hits close to home

How can Vic have been posting all this time if he was in prison for the last 6 years?

Not many on the tour are fans of FIGJAM.

I get the Reed hate to a point but holy shit the amount of bitching about the guy on here is comical. Yes it would have been great had Jordan or Ricky won over Reed but there are plenty of assholes on tour some much worse than Reed.

  4. I don't think an AUSA would be running warrants for a potential state prosecution.  It could ultimately end up there, but it would be odd for them to be running things.  My guess is they're looking at federal crimes primarily and if something that violates state law comes up they'll provide the information to the local DA's or state's attorney's office.

  5. Played Saturday in the cold here in Dallas with @Horn21.  It wasn't too bad walking once you got your blood flowing.  Won a little $ but had to post a score that will hurt me on the next GHIN update.

As my friend said the other day, "you'd better make some money when your index is on the way down because you most certainly will have to pay when it is on the way up."

Not if it’s because you go there so often that you need to sprinkle in a little variety from time-to-time so you don’t grow tired of the steak.

If you're going there that often and you choose to have a burger then you Surly are 1%.

He doesn't have too many successes outside of Manhattan.  And even in Manhattan, he has never beaten overall market growth.  He's also completely non-existent in the new luxury tower boom.  He moved primarily into name licensing rather than building, and has now destroyed his name.

He was never really a market leader.  People think he's a mogul because he was successful at marketing himself, but just like Pawn Stars aren't the biggest or best pawnbrokers, Trump isn't the biggest or best Manhattan real estate tycoon.  Durst, which weathered a murderer in the family, is a comparable enterprise that does/did better.  Lefrak did better also.  And that's just among privately held real estate developers.  Most of the big builders/owners in Manhattan are public.

He is the epitome of the lesson on how to become worth a small fortune.

I'll put Al Biernat's burger up against just about anyone.  They have a great bar menu for when you're feeling like being a little more casual.  And their happy hour goes until 7:00 so even better deals then.  One of the best kept secrets in town IMO...

If you're going to Al Biernat's for a burger you're doing it wrong.

  9. The Heights has a good burger.

Offsite Kitchen is still among my favorites even though I think it has lost some of its charm in the new location at Trinity Groves.

    Maple and Motor remains solid.

Goodfriend has a really good burger.

I was disappointed with Slater 50/50.  Had high hopes but the meat seemed a bit overcooked and almost ground too much (patty seemed almost brick like).

Not a fan of Liberty Burger or Chips.

Harvey B's has a really good burger but there's nowhere to sit and enjoy it there.  I still like the guilty pleasure of an occasional Burger House, Jake's on Skillman or Keller's on NW Highway.
