I hate him as much as the next guy, but you can’t really argue that he’s not the best QB in the league right now. Playing out of his mind lately.

/Helo/ You can’t really argue that Jasson Dominguez is the best OF in the league right now. /Helo/

I’ve seen this movie before. If Helo is not a troll, he truly has single digit IQ. If he is a troll, it’s a GREAT long game going here.

I remember being something like 7 years old, reading the backs of baseball cards, and realizing that maybe pitcher wins was kind of a dumb stat. It seemed quite obvious that it is heavily impacted by events well outside the realm of a pitcher’s control. Again, I was 7.

Imagine being paid to cover pro football for decades and still believing that team wins is the stat that best indicates how well the QB played.

Well see that's an apples and oranges comparison and McLain has never eaten either in his life so yeah fuck him.

  4. Regarding WR, I’m torn other than my opinion we shouldn’t pay Evans $20mm per, which is what it probably takes. That would be ~25-30% of our cap room before resigning any of our guys. But otherwise - on the one hand Stroud probably had the “it” factor to make any jabroni look pretty good, and we have Tank and Nico back. So maybe you get someone like Gabe Davis and call it a day. But on the other hand, if someone like Keon Coleman is sitting there at 23, it would be hard to pass. I think in a hypothetical choice of Coleman vs. DeJean or Kool-Aid, I’d have to go DB. Or interior DL or OL worthy of the pick.

I suspect Caserio doesn’t want to spend big coin on WR this offseason.

I don’t want to use the weather excuse, but the Texans looked a warm weather/indoor team yesterday. Hawaiian kicker is freezing his ass off so he misses a relatively easy field goal and chases it a short kickoff. That’s a 10 point swing.

Defense looked cold and didn’t want to hit Baltimore’s RBs in the second half.

The future is indeed bright, but the team needs to win enough games in the regular season to stay home in January. If not, this shit is going to keep happening in KC, Buffalo, or Baltimore.

Yup. They laid an egg in this weather just like in the Jets game. I don’t get why we never really took any downfield shots other than the protection just wasn’t there. Still feels like we could have taken a couple of vertical shots down the field - this game and the Jets stick out as very bad days from the offense. Obviously both very good defenses to be fair.

Nevertheless, hell of a season. Curious to see where Slowik ends up - I presume the next guy will fill in just fine. Which is crazy to say as a Texans fan.

No, his continued status as a white billionaire explains his comments as being mistreated by society due to being a white billionaire. The drugs don’t help, though.
