  1. Now that I read this, it makes me think of a question I had when Texas was going to the Air Raid, which is how do you maximize practice time with 100 players and 22 on at once? Well, now they have enough coaches to split the field in half and effectively run two sessions of teams at the same time. Main session keeps the 1s and 2s focused on executing the gameplan and the second session is 3s and 4s developing and preparing in case a 1/2 goes down. Everyone improves during the week and the preseason.
  2. Truth. Full rack is usually 3.5ish hours.
  3. I did this at 250-275. It's about 45 - 60 mins per pound. This was half a rack, so about 2.5 hours. I pulled it at 130* or so to let it come up to 135-140. I did not sear it. Do it.
  4. Those things are racist. If Trump can get rid of those, he has my vote. Actually, he has my vote anyway, apparently.
  5. Make the pick at #3 and send that, too.
  6. Rockets are signaling they aren't interested in 2025 draft as much as they are in getting into the playoffs. Or selling tickets with old KD...
  7. At some point there will be diminishing returns. Where I see the most instant impact is ST.
  8. Google lens did find a match and tell me it's Dragon
  9. F the offseason
  10. So... I had to fly out on Father's Day for work. Normally, Sunday is smoking and grilling day. Missed for dollar chasing. So yesterday, as I'm sitting at the airport, the young one texts, "ur cooking when you get home." I didn't get home until after 1030p, so that didn't happen. Today I pulled Akaushi sirloin and some thick chops out of the freezer and let them thaw while working. Well, when it came time to cook, it was fn pouring outside... Wife says. " You've cooked in the rain before." She was not trying to be funny. Anywho, I did something I haven't done in years - cook a steak indoors. Smoke everywhere, but the results were positive. I did learn that my cast iron on the grill is nowhere near as hot as cast iron on the stove (aka great fire as soon as the olive oil hit the pan...)
  11. So is this not something the AI can do in seconds?
  12. This is funny to me. Probably only me for me reasons....
  13. So, I tried Col E H Taylor earlier this week while on the road. I didn't care for it. It was a bit peaty like a scotch, which I also don't care for. I picked up another Booker's yesterday as a gift for a buddy.... That way, we can drink his instead of mine.
  14. Barrack Obama is gonna convert us all to Islam or Fentanyl is going to kill us all. But we're in the SEC, so it's ok.
  15. Lol. I clicked on this thread and landed at these posts.... The simulation gots jokes.
  16. He better have a nice Cuban Link when he comes back.
  17. Now imagine she can't shoot.
  18. Lololol good luck getting anywhere on time on Spirit. The only reason I like SWA is the convenience of Hobby airport over Bush... Yet I still mostly fly United so I can pick a seat, get an upgrade (with chosen or purchased) and generally not have to deal with chaos of people. I don't do connections on SWA, but I will on United. SWA connects can be hours. United is usually 70 mins. But to the original question, the boarding process for SWA doesn't bother me. The seating process does.
  19. That is not why.
  20. My youngest son was all over the chops. He seemed angry that they hadn't been like this in the past.
  21. First time Tri Tippin on Fo Fos.... Smoked to 125, then seared... Kroger had a few on Manager's Special so I grabbed a couple of 2 pounders. I didn't even know Kroger had to tip, much less that they would go "oh, No! Please take these Gray boy..." This was the first run. They were pre marinated, but I dried them off and added some things. Hat tip to @ChampKind because he was the first person to intro me to smoked Tri Tip years ago. Wrapped inFo Vogues.
