  1. Rye. Stop using Bourbon. Drink Bourbon straight. Use Rye for your OF. Everyone has something different that they like. I’m very heavy on the bitters, and will mix in some Orange bitters with my angostura on occasion. Also, if you are adding a cherry, for the love of god, don’t  use a shitty maraschino. Buy a Luxardo jar.

Old Overholt is your best rye bet unless you want to drop some coin. I use cubes, but a tsp of sugar will work if you don’t have one. I’m not a fan of simple syrup for an OF, but that is just personal preference. Use a single big cube of ice as well. Silicone molds are cheap.

That's just the new firmware. If you read the links, there are warnings to absolutely NOT flash the new firmware.

Yeah I went down the wormhole. Think I’m going to wait and see, seems Aimesh is still pretty beta-y.

  3. Actually, it looks like Asus may have blacklisted this device per some comments on slick deals

Beware that Asus has blacklisted the converted TM-AC1900s with the latest AiMesh firmware released today. So this Amazon seller is just dumping remaining inventory for an orphaned product. Merlin f/w will probably follow-suit.

When the current AiMesh (version 3.0.0.4.384.20624) is installed on one of these, it re-flashes the CFE and shuts-off AiMesh. Read Less

ASUS TM-AC1900 Dual Band Gigabit Router (Refurbished) $48 + Free Shipping

These can easily be flashed into their original config, the RT-AC68U, which runs about $140. Then you can flash them with ASUS AiMESH, giving you a whole house Mesh system for under $100.

Thanks rage. Been wanting to do a mesh system, so bought two of these to give it a go.

I am not sure if I am a truck nut, but I think my Tacoma is a great vehicle.  I am looking forward to getting a new one in a few years.  Anyways, I got this Truxedo Lo Pro bed cover last summer for about $450 installed.  Been very happy with it.  Those metal ones that roll up and also lock seem great, but pricey.

    Nice!

Yeah I really wanted a roll-n-lock last year, but balked at the price. Ended up picking up a used shell, and Have been really happy with it. Its nice to be able to carry things around in the back without fear of them walking away.

5.5 mb is way too large for an avatar. A few of those and it would slow down the site considerably. Here's an edited 2 mb version. No one wants to watch De Niro in that scene.

Shag handled that just fine. 2mb is still too large. 500kb was what it was limiting to earlier

  7. Anyway we can get the file size upped? Or a larger restriction on linked files? I had to damn near kill mine to meet the restrictions. Below was how it was on shaggy, and you can see the pixelated version I had to create. Or maybe someone is better at resizing.
