  1. This an example of a team fucking around and finding out.

Coventry City rested too many starters.
They were down 1-4 and playing with 10 men, but still almost came back after putting starters in.
The lineups for their two previous matches in the English League Championship.

West Brom did the same and got the equalizer in the 93rd to force a replay.

  2. This is the balls we have been begging to see from the USSF and the mindset needed heading to 2026!

Also I would go back to Zidane again in a couple of days and offer him whatever he wants.

  3. And unfortunately, Deschamps just dripped through 2026, so France is basically hogging TWO international coaches.
At least this shows that US Soccer is sending feelers out beyond our borders.

Why would you feel bad for Gio?

Gio's an ass. He's a very talented ass, but he's an ass. If you don't think that he wasn't onboard with going over Gregg's head to get on the field, then you haven't been paying attention to Watke. This entire video covers Gio being a self-centered competitive ass.

BELOW: I have set up the above video to start right when Gio relishes in Pulisic's failure during the 2021 Champions League Final. I can't imagine Gio having a ton of close friends... period, much less on the USMNT. They know he's good, but they also know that he's a miserable cunt. Sometimes you want that on your team and sometimes you don't.

Sure he is an ass, but he is a 20 year old ass. He can't control his parents and what they say and do, but he's 20 and they shouldn't speak or act for him either. He can be an ass, but he should have to live with what he says and does and not what his parents do.

Growing up as the oldest kid in my house and having my youngest brother pass away when I was a kid, there was no controlling my mom with this kind of stuff (she went through periods of alcoholism/depression that I can now understand) and that was before social media. I can't imagine loosing one of my kids today and having an adult talk shit about one of my others after the fact.

  5. Okay, cool.
She's still wrong as all fuck for this.

Sure, but Gregg is the one who fucked this all up and if she helped to put the final nail in his Nat Coaching career then I ain’t mad at her. Feel bad for Gio but that’s about it.

Insanity defense is a shit defense. It's not what it's cracked up to be and most lawyers won't try that angle. Listen.... anyone that stabs 4 randos is clearly insane but it is a shit sentence. Basically gives the state the right to your life forever.

There is a lot to be figured out. But if one of the victims has his DNA under her fingernails,  it's over.

It's a crazy case. I figured barney fife would fuck it up,  but it seems they have played everything perfectly.  We will see.

Sounds like DNA has already been discovered https://abcnews.go.com/US/idaho-murders-suspect-identified-dna-genealogy-databases-police/story?id=96088596

This seems like the obvious answer to me.

Do we know that Gio even knew what his parents were pulling?

Gio in, Gergg out, Claudio and trophy wife are never heard from again, please.

She's not some random trophy wife, she won 4 national championship at North Carolina. Was once the youngest goal scorer for the USWNT, and lost a 13 year old son to cancer. Never ever fuck with a womans child after she already lost one.

    1) I didn’t know that he existed until his son declared for the USMNT.

    2) I knew (after that) that he won the Ballon d’Or.

    3) I had never seen a single highlight of his before this one.

    4) I know that he is the president of Liberia.

Signed by Arsene Wenger for Monoco too in his first move to Europe.

I had a feeling that Twitter cropped the preview and was hiding the goods, because otherwise the use of this photo didn’t make any sense. (I’m usually right.)

Would love to honor Pelé by tapping that.

Was it the Farrah red bathing suit poster with the turbo nipples?

Pelé was the guy who came along and wowed Euros so much that they dropped Alfredo Di Stéfano down a notch.

Nelson Mandela, MLK Jr, & Ghandi would like in on some of this action.

SIDE NOTE: Just read that Pelé came out of retirement at the old age of 34 to play for the Cosmos. 👀

It’s crazy how much longer players can play today.

Pelé’s impact after retirement was much bigger than while he was playing.

I bounced into the PELÉ store Thursday afternoon (12/15?) in Manhattan before flying down to Buenos Aires that night to see the final. The store was fairly busy and it had a mini theater are setup to watch highlights on a big screen… like cinema screen.

Photos from inside the Pelé store.

And a film offering on my flight down to Buenos Aires.

And no, that Flagship Business menu in the shot is not by accident. 😎

I booked that flight for 60K AA miles and the same flight was 360K AA miles about 15 hours later.

These two can now show off together again.

Forgot there was a Pele store in downtown Disney in Anaheim too.

I wonder how much he is really getting paid and how much of that will go into “offshore” accounts that Portugal doesn’t really need to know about.

Saudi Fucking Arabia. Hopefully his fanboys disappear as fast as he will on tv now that he is playing for that blood money (Messi > Ronaldo Luís Nazário de Lima > CR7). Curious to how much KC was offering him over here.

  11. i think you could argue that the most influential person on earth just died. maybe today he isn't as influential as ronaldo, messi, or lebron, but i can't think of anyone who has inspired more people on earth over the last 65 years than Pelé. he's beyond a legend; he's an icon. rest in peace to one of the most important people who ever lived.

    100% agreed.
