Maher's one on one guest tonight: Kid Rock.

I stopped watching awhile back, but I might be tempted to tune in to that, just to witness the absurdity. With everything happening, that's who he's booking. Kid Rock.

I’ve been telling y’all for 25 years that Maher is a world class dipshit. None of this is the least bit surprising. That guy’s brain is made of silly putty.

I'd put "The Final Sacrifice" at #1. Rowsdower is the greatest foil in the MST3K series.

Good news: after years of copyright dispute limbo, it’s back. Pluto TV has been running TFS in its MST3K rotation.

They should be happy at this kind of stuff, because if it works out and a lot of us take it, it makes them safer.

Lol. Have you been asleep the past 10 years? Optimism is always unwarranted. These dumb fuckers will accuse us of “shedding vaccine virus” and get this shit banned.

Not a criminal lawyer, but yes.

And your thumbprint or face ID to unlock isn't protected by the 4th Amendment either, only a password is, so make sure you manually lock out any biometric unlocking feature before LEO encounters.

This is true if you are a citizen - if you are illegal you have no rights get into the bus. I am a lawyer, pm me and i will direct you to my credentials on facebook.

What’s the best advice for dealing with LEO / ICE if they approach and start asking questions? Is it better to say “I’m a US citizen,” give your name, and show a paper copy of a passport? At what point should you clam up and demand a lawyer?

  5. I have heard of people carrying photos of immigration papers on their phones, with the intent that they’ll show them to LE if they get stopped.

I’m not a criminal lawyer, but that seems like a bad idea. IIRC, LE can’t force you to provide your password for your phone. But I worry that handing it over to a cop unlocked could be construed as consent to search. So it seems to me that carrying a paper copy is the safer option.

Any crim lawyers on here that can provide insight?
