I recently refinanced a construction loan on my house. One of the contractors had recorded an extension of time to file lien. Basically, the GC and I were arguing over some items so payment got delayed. The sub filed the extension to preserve his lien rights if he wanted to exercise them. All above board, and no lien was ever filed.
Title company made them record a release of a lien that didn't exist so I could close. Truly mind bottling.
Let me preface this by saying staying healthy is a big part of winning titles, but OKC had a ton of injury luck this postseason as well. MPJ played with 1 arm the entire Denver series. Gordon severely pulled his hammy late in game 6. Hali did what Hali did in game 7. Either one of those series could have easily gone the other way if both teams were healthy.
Caruso should foul out in 10 min of every game he plays. And maybe 15 min for Dort. They get away with a TON of shit. And don't get me started on Dort diving every time he encounters a screen.
Not sure why you guys don't want to listen to me about Mikko. He's an elite scorer, but he scores in bunches and then disappears for days or weeks at a time. And he may be a huge human, but he's Charmin soft. There's a reason Landy always fought his fights. Better figure out who is going to protect him. And it's Mikko Rantanen.
Watch some videos first. They look cool, but the average age on those boats looks to be north of 70. And you're stuck with the same 50-60 people for the entire trip so if you get some dbags, you're SOL.
I'm not a huge fan of the current CBA (especially the way the Nuggets were the very first team affected), but it's far better than what baseball has. Watching the same 2-3 teams sign all the big free agents is not fun unless you are a fan of one of them. It's why I quit watching baseball several years ago.
Same for basically every ski resort in CO (and probably Utah, but I haven't looked). They're all federal land.
You just can't help being a cocksucker, can you?
Yep. Dynasties in the NBA are done under this CBA. You cannot keep teams together anymore. Celtics are gonna look a lot different next season. OKC is probably next on the clock when they have to pay everyone.
