  1. Schultz showing he's just a guy..... Nice player but nothing special.
  2. Slot guy vs 2 safeties.... and both with the verticals of sumo wrestlers apparently. Just playing like assholes. Entitled assholes.
  3. Ugh. I hate this..... Wasn't a good decision, but then thru Brown's hands. All because our first down play calling is shitty.
  4. Shitty fucking throw, Dak.
  5. No he wasn't. It was defensive holding on the offside. He saw a 1 on 1 and gave his guy a chance to make a play. This is no different than what Rodgers or Mahomes do half a dozen times a game. It was a good play and great play by Brown. Our defense is beyond frustrating..... physical teams who run right at us give us trouble. Passing teams, especially ones with a good slot guy give us trouble. We get you in 3rd and long and we're a nightmare but we don't force teams a lot behind the sticks, we're reliant on them doing it to themselves -- penalty, missed run assignment, bad QB play, etc. We're not great if we don't have the lead..... I just don't understand how hard it is to get a couple of nasty, huge 1 tech and a crazy ass MLB and get them to help shut down the run..... or go get another CB. And now we may have lost Diggs.
  6. That was a hell of a play by Dak and Noah if he was able to adjust...... Gotta get more of those off-scripted plays.
  7. Joseph again...... He just has terrible ball skills. He's in position many times.
  8. Kellen Moore is a shitty 2nd down play caller. And that was an example..... Now we punt.
  9. And that's exactly how you let shitty teams hang around..... Fucking special teams.
  10. Easy Peasy..... Goal should be to have Cooper Rush and Malik Davis playing in the 4th quarter.
  11. Why do you think he's a favorite of Quinn? Why not Jerrah or Will's? Need to sign a CB probably because we need so many other things in the draft.
  12. Joseph just doesn't have any ball skills...... Even when he's in good position, he allows the wide receiver to out work him to the ball. Really, really disappointing. Everyone remember Ferguson (?)'s hold. If they go down and score a TD there, the game is probably done. Instead, they work behind the sticks and have to punt away and the defense rolls over.
  13. Joseph and Bland on one side of the zone is awful scheming and use of personnel..... They're going on 4th.
  14. We're just not a good run defense..... We aren't physical in the trenches and get blown off the ball.
  15. Fucklng Anthony Brown..... JFC. He's just not a 2nd CB.
  16. He recovered it anyway, so no bullet dodged...... Great play by CeeDee, was afraid they were going to call that forearm down.
  17. If we lose to Matt Ryan, fire errbody!!!! Down 3-0.
  18. Oye..... you realize you're talking about the same couple of boneheads who paid two first for Joey Galloway, right? And a first, third, and fifth for Roy. We'll have to see what the contract looks like for OBJ, but we're talking about paying a guy who hasn't been highly productive in 3 years. He had a nice playoff run last year, but only one dominant game. Again, it'l all about the cost, but OBJ hasn't been dominant in 6 years. I mean, fuck..... Eli Manning was throwing him the ball back then. There's a lot of rumors to why Jerrah soured on Amari. One is the vaccine. Another is he went to a Dallas Mavericks game on a Friday night before a big game. Another is Jerrah could never really warm up to Amari because he's a quiet guy and doesn't really react to Jerrah's bullshittery..... Who knows, but let's not confuse the Jones' idiots for being great when it comes to making personnel calls. The entire OBJ courting is basically an admission that we fucked up and couldn't replace Amari's production and influence on the game and defenses. What were the initial plans? James Washington? About as impactful as he was in Pittsburgh. Jalen Tolbert? Dude has more DNPs than catches. The windows Dak has to throw into are often way too small and narrow. Ever wonder why? Rant over, but Amari was a colossal fuck up. Even if you wanted him gone, dude is gone probably end up with about 75 catches, 1000 yards, and 10 TDs with Ben DiNucci Ohio throwing him the ball. And we unloaded him for a 5th. Moronic.
  19. Valid, but their OL is decimated with injuries as is their back 7. They were probably the best version of themselves in that first week, but we don't match up well with them if Vea is healthy and wrecking shop.
  20. It does, but can't keep him at his price. Just can't. If they're that worried, then you sign a cheap, vet FA who is a 3rd down specialist.
  21. Remember, we tried like hell to keep Gregory, just fucked up the signing, so that wasn't a good decision, we just got lucky. Schultz isn't worthy of the franchise tag -- but I guess it's a decent short-term gig. We shouldn't sign him to anything more than 2-3 year deal worth 7m per or less. We didn't need necessarily a big name free agent.... we needed and still do, another CB, a run clogging DT and hair on fire LB vs the run. As well as another WR who can win vs man. Tyronn coming back will be interesting because do we move the rookie inside? We have money..... it's weird. We've also been (knock on wood) unbelievably healthy in the trenches. That's been a saving grace as another injury or two to the starters would have been really problematic. The rookie OL has been very good and they get credit. Steele is a good, not great, run blocking RT, but still mediocre (although learning) in pass pro, but has been overall good. And I like the Peters signing and like to get him a few more snaps every game. Overall, some things went right, some things went wrong but Dallas has two decent coordinators (1 is probably extremely good) and we got that guy..... Parsons erases a ton of mistakes. He's better than Ware at this stage and didn't think I would be saying that. Another move on the good side is Sam Williams is coming on and could be a real help this last late stretch, but we still can't cover if our pass rush doesn't get home and that's a big issue vs good teams. The good thing is there are only a out 4 good teams on the NFC side. Vikings were/are a good team but also a bit of paper tiger. The two TEs we got another huge positive.
  22. Sam Williams has a chance to be a monster himself next year...... like in taking over for DLaw.
  23. Davis has juice. Zeke's been a good soldier but we should move on with Pollard and Davis next year and draft a guy on the 3rd day.
