  1. On the field, the most aesthetically pleasing game out there. As a bonus, there are always the requisite shots of the Santa Monica pier as they go to break
  2. I’m happy for Joel Klatt finally getting to call a Pac 12 game. Prior to tonight I believe he’s had 75% Big Ten and 25% Big 12 games for the season.
  3. That was a dumb decision of Brown not to just move that extra inch to get the first down
  4. Hey UMass…just stop trying to throw the ball at this point, mkay?
  5. Once again, I know why we decided to move to the $EC…but I don’t love it
  6. Not surprising but even their polished “we’re A&M” commercial is super cringey
  7. Aggy hampered by the Sucky Flu it would seem
  8. Yeah just noticed the typo but it is indeed shocking that they are somehow FBS Also, fun fact:
  9. Aggy only up 3-0 after the first quarter against what I believe is considered the absolute worst team in FBS
  10. But at least if there was any kind of invasion there everyone would be protected by all of those highly trained military specialists in the stands
  11. Will most certainly be watching. The most aesthetically pleasing game of each season.
  12. From my kitchen, feeling less enthusiastic than I did last week at this time TEXAS!
  13. 8-4 was my what I thought preseason was a realistic good result for us given last season...with anything higher being gravy. So if we win out that was correct though that never makes the way we lost those 4 sting any less.
  14. Each Saturday, I record both Game Day and Big Noon Kickoff and watch/scroll through each. Though I like the less bloated 2 hour format of Big Noon and like the hosts, I have found myself more and more this season watching far more Game Day and being more and more annoyed with Big Noon Kickoff. This article in The Athletic today about CFB media items sums up why: As I’ve joked with mdmost recently, they should just call it the Big Ten Kickoff. Excited for Joel Klatt that they are breaking from tradition and letting him call the USC - UCLA game this Saturday.
  15. Just watched the latest E60 episode “The Band is on the Field” about the 1982 Stanford - Cal game. Really fun and enjoyable doc. Got me excited to see that those teams are playing this weekend on the 40th anniversary of the game and was about to make a point of recording the game when I realized it’s being broadcast on the stupid Pac 12 Network which of course I, like the vast majority of Americans, don’t get.
