  1. I did this but in the landcut for a several day trip. I was sick of eating trout for months after.
  2. Were they actual Polaris parts? I’ve been seeing a bunch of knock off stuff. The pool is only 2.5 yo, figured it would last longer before rebuild.
  3. About to enter my first Polaris rebuild. I haven't been impressed with that unit since day 1. Pump is in great shape, but thinking about just going to a robot anyhow. Maybe I’ll run one rebuild and see how it goes. Just want something that works well.
  4. They are for me. The guy is a little wacky but he makes nice rifles imo. Handle there, purchase what you like somewhere else imo. Their prices are higher than giraffe pussy.
  5. I’ll see if I can find it again; it’s a “special” on YouTube. Tall brunette that looks sort of like Mr Bean (and has a joke about that too). One of her audience members asked her if she suffered from it (she didn’t know what it was) but it made for a few good jokes at her expense.
  6. I got chastised for only caring about what’s important to me. Glad to see the rest of you show up. Welcome.
  7. I don’t know how either of you brain dead fucks derived any of that from my comments, but carry on.
  8. Odd. I first leaned about it last week in a stand up comedy bit on youtube. Looked it up after the bit and was able to use it in a joke on a text with a funky pic within a week. Simulation is real.
  9. He’s got a hard on for W. Not worth investing time in an actual rebuttal.
  10. Sorry, I’m a bay guy. Fast, skinny, and wet?
  11. (deadliest) mushroom closet I’ve seen in awhile. #corelokt life
  12. I usually try and spend $100 every 2nd or third week when browsing academy. That could be a flat of 12, or 2 boxes of 300w. Same applies the few times a year I’m in a gun shop, but then I typically focus on harder to find stuff like my wbys and .410. I also purchase a 100 ct box of “good” (target/match) grade .22 on top of whatever each time. Buy a brick maybe 2x a year. I’ve got a shitload of .22 (about half match and half bricks) Shitload of 12 and 20 (4 flats typically) with lots of hunting (dove, quail, and duck) boxes mixed. That varies a lot because clays are my jam and now the wife is into it so we’ve been flying thru 12/20. I’m low on 300BO at moment and some wby stuff and need to focus on that. I don’t do pistols much, I’ve got a few boxes of cheap Winchester paper loads in 9mm, and a few magazines worth of the defense rounds loaded. If I’m working with a new rifle and find a shelf load it LOVES, I go right back to the store and buy a bunch hoping its the same lot. I need to break down and reload at some point because I shoot a lot of harder to find calibers and they all like different shit. I don’t believe in zombies. And I’m pretty shit out of luck if something ever goes down unless someone has a massive stash of wby, grendels, wildcat loads saved up.
  13. If there was ever a post for whynotboth. They are bad ass and very fun to shoot.
  14. Definitely not as good as a PLB (I use one when offshore fishing) but I noted once that my Life360 app followed me down to the foot one time while about 50 miles offshore, waaaaaay past cell range. Hundreds of circles around platforms etc were recorded. So, would be a cheap (free) secondary option to a PLB at least so they will know where you are.
