Available? I make mistakes, lots of 'em.

If you're starting with a Migas taco in Austin then you need to start with that at Maria's. The rest of their menu is hit and miss but when their cook Chino throws that migas mix on the grill, with the cheddar directly on the grill, cooked all nice and crispy, it's damn near Heaven.

246- 15. Four Black Saturdays in Dallas.
The worst losses in the history of Texas football. Brown did some good things but those unbridled cluster fucks will never go away.

All this discussion and no one has mentioned the Bike Mafia?
Dude, ratchet down a bit. You do realize that bikes were important enough to provide for a Director of Bicycling within our city government, at $90K / year.
This was 4 or 5 years ago. Wouldn't surprised me if the nut jobs that run our city still have this position on the payroll. But now at 6 figures.

Gimme a good lawn person, south...Can't tell if I have root rot or something else going on in my St. Augustine. Thanks.

Yes, "drifted" into an oncoming lane. Ugh.
Two people who died in a collision on U.S. 290 West in southwest Travis County on Wednesday afternoon have been identified.
Jory Mayer, 21, and Carol Ann Larue, 58, both died when their SUVs slammed into each other head-on around 4:24 p.m. at Signal Hill Drive, near the Travis-Hays county line.
Mayer was headed east on the highway in a Nissan Rogue when the vehicle drifted into the center turn lane, then into oncoming traffic.
Both drivers were pronounced dead at the scene.

Man, someone needs to help me remember the name of the cafe in that little strip center at the SE corner of Oltorf and South 1st. Early 80's.
My dad used to take me in there pretty often and I just remember the burgers but not the name.

If you've never been to our state cemetery, do yourself a favor and visit. You get to see this and much more.

A couple more fall victim. Would be interesting to see how many fatalities have occurred over the last 10 years. I try and avoid the thing at all cost.
QuoteA woman and a man died in a two-vehicle crash on U.S. 290 at Signal Hill Drive, just east of the Travis-Hays county line, Austin-Travis County EMS official said.
The crash happened at 4:24 p.m., EMS officials said. All westbound lanes are closed at the scene, traffic officials said. Deputies could decide to close more lanes as they handle the fatal incident.
Both victims died at the scene, EMS officials said. The woman is estimated to have been in her 40s, and the man is estimated to have been in his 30s.

DiVincenzo went fucking bonkers tonight. Michigan showed how much Wagner was their only real stud. Ugly ass game to end maybe one of the most incredible tourney's yet. 11 in the final four, 16 over a 1, lots of 7,8,9s playing deep into the tourney. Till next year bitches.
Michigan has a lot more than Wagner. But they just ran up against a really, really good team tonight.

When he goes to that stupid little voice of his and says one of his stupid "patented" catchphrases from 1970 I literally want to shoot someone.
Post less.

Jim, head to Augusta. Now.

Team being the key word. Too many coaches recruiting indivuals and putting individuals on the floor who play for themselves.
Yup. They pass up the good shot for a better one, and the better ones for a layup.

Just waiting for a Gary McClain interview.
-
He's the best player on 300 D-1 teams but comes off the bench for this one. That's Nova, and why they're laying waste to UM tonight.
Really, really good team.

It’ll never happen but would love to see it go back to the Arenas, a FF @MSG would be crazy, imo.
I was at the last one in Charlotte in '94. I think for awhile the NCAA was going to do every 4th year or so in an arena but I think money took over and that went down the drain.
MSG would be fantastic, agree.

The way the venues are set up now at FFs, there's maybe 500 good seats in the house. When they used to cut the domes into 1/2 or 2/3 even, there were still good seats or reasonably good seats. Now, with the entire dome open for seating and the related court placement, there is no worse sporting event to see in person. I went to 6 FFs but will never attend again. Just something that's tailor-made now to watch at home.

Thread title is a bit mild. But carry on.

Ditto on the copter trip to Molokai. Our pilot was an Iraq War veteran who did some, uh, fun things w/ the copter. Helluva good time.
