IP waitresses out work anyone. Like I alluded to above, you're lucky to have 1/2 your beer or cocktail consumed when another one is staring you in the face.
Great problem to have.

Weird that Hamels batting 8th tonight in front of Russell. I don't ever remember seeing a pitcher not at the very bottom of the lineup and batting 9th.
-
Insane. No other word to describe.

Easier than "6.333, repeating of course, innings pitched".
Or, maybe, you can just present it as 6-1/3?

Going to miss Urban, assuming he's gone. His ATS with a week+ to prep is now at an unbelievable 42-14 over his career. I latched onto this 4 seasons ago and it's paid off nicely.

Posting a pitcher's line at "6.1" innings when he's supposedly thrown 6-1/3 innings.

Another good move by Del Conte.
The antithesis of that snake Patterson who would make sure the price for a bottle of water was collected before the person suffering from heat stroke could get it.

Rally. Unite. Save Urban.
Ohio State fans are rallying to show their support for Urban Meyer both online and on the ground in Columbus as the head coach remains on administrative leave pending the results of an ongoing investigation.
More than 23,000 people have signed a digital petition as of Monday morning to keep Meyer from being "wrongfully fired" in the wake of the coach admitting he failed to disclose what he knew and when he knew about allegations that a former assistant physically abused his ex-wife. Fans of Meyer are also planning a demonstration of support outside the campus football stadium.
"This will be a brief rally. Nothing but positive words for our coach," Jeff Hamms, the event's organizer, said in a Facebook post Sunday night. "That's all this is about. This has nothing to do with any of the domestic violence situation with [our ex-] coach. This is simply to lift up Urban Meyer. That's it."

72. Holy shit. I was thinking he was in his late 50's, perhaps. But a little off to say the least.
Live from Daryl's house is a great, great show. If you've not seen, do so.
His catalog with John Oates is easy to celebrate.

Patriot royalty welcoming Moss into the HOF. I guess blowing off the rest of camp and then heading to Maui.

Lots of ups and downs w/ this team over the season. More of the latter obviously. But they're damn easy to like because of how hard they play and how resilient they are. Get mowed down by Oakland at home and take a bus ride to Houston and sweep the champs. And they've continued from there.

Is this where we gather to euthanize Ray Lewis? Such fun is this HOF thing.

Oh and the glory of TexAgs....horrible line, trying too hard, next up: just needs to get warm, watch out in the 2H!.
Never disappoints. Ever.

I think Herman is more likely the type to think he’s too smart to get caught like those other suckers. He’s above cautionary tales in his own mind.
Yup.

This has to be especially satisfying for McMurphy on many levels. ESPN fired him but is being forced to use his story and book him. Urban called him a liar so McMurphy went out and got all the damn receipts.
Well, it took ESPN 4+ hours to even present / post the story yesterday once McMurphy dropped the bombshell.
They lay off a solid reporter and professional like McMurphy who knows CFB inside and out while the network continues to employ unbridled buffoons like Desmond Howard. Just another example of ESPN going to shit.

Casino Royale used to have 100x odds. Had some good times on those tables.
And of all places had some of the best cocktail service on the Strip. Not the best selections, mind you. But you couldn't get half a beer or drink down without a waitress on top of you for another. No issue with that.
Compare and contrast with other places (Bellagio) where it can be like molasses and that first drink can cost you a $100+.

The Spec's on 290 and Mopac has a bunch of assholes employed.
Total Wine & More on Brodie is a bitch to get to but better prices and no dicks.

Armstrong is a snake of the worst kind - someone that will try and have you believe he's contrite, reformed, remorseful and all that non-sense. But in the end he's incapable of changing his stripes. One kind of cancer was / is eradicated from Armstrong's system. But the other type will be there for life.

So fantastic, all around.
One of my favorite scenes when Tony confronts Livia. She undresses him, and does so like no one else can. And at the end, (literally) gets the last laugh.

And still underpaid. Well underpaid.
