  1. We need a 9 min drive with a touchdown
  2. Longhorns 60-1 when leading by 10+ since 2003. We got that going for us!!!
  3. If he would have taken the President's job seriously and respected the position, showed some class and empathy, he would have won reelection easily and probably had a statue and a school or highway named for him. But no, he's not built that way because the job was way over his intelligence level and he only knows how to bully people to get his way. And yet there's Cannon. I have no idea what her endgame is. Does she think that by helping Trump and hoping he gets reelected she'll get a Supreme Court position?
  4. Ending was corny, typical last series episode, but it was good. Nice wrap up.
  5. And one additional trivia note, both movies feature scores written by Quincy Jones.
  6. In Cold Blood, 1967. Robert Blake and Scott Wilson were spot on look a likes as the 2 killers. Plus they filmed the movie at the actual locations of where it all happened. Meet up bus station, the home where the murders happened and where the trial took place. And speaking of Scott Wilson, he was also a cast member of In the Heat of the Night, 1967. Another great cast, Sidney Poitier, Rod Steiger, Warren Oates, Lee Grant and Larry Gates.
  7. God he’s such a pathetic human. And I’m not sure he’s human.
  8. I was listening to the podcast Smartless (Jason Bateman, Sean Hayes and Will Arnett) this morning and they had Rachel Maddow on. What a smart woman. She has a new book out called Prequel about how a group of people, including Henry Ford and Charles Lindbergh tried to set up a government similar to Nazi Germany here in the US during the 1930's and 40's. They had militia groups all over the US along with sympathizers in government, Senators, etc. I realize that this has been the topic of several movies and TV series over the past few years. Cautionary tales. It seems like our country is going through this again and has been for awhile. It made me think, do you feel that Trump is a student of Hitler's and Nazi Germany, and that's why he acts like he does and talks like he does? I asked my wife that and she didn't think he was smart enough to be a student and that someone else is directing this. Thoughts? Maddow is hopeful that our country will get past this as it has so many times before. But man this is a rerun that just keeps happening over and over. If you get a chance listen to the podcast. I know there isn't a simple answer to all of this.
  9. He throws his passes like the ball should go through a brick wall. He needs a little more finesse.
  10. Sark is going to lose his fans if he doesn’t win this game after being ahead 21-0.
  11. We saw this same script last year way too much. Which is why I’m not comfortable until the clock is 0:0 and Texas is on top.
  12. What’s different? Sark let up on the gas. Tom Herman thinking.
  13. I can’t get enough of the show and glad Harry is back in the house overlooking LA. Am I the only one that thinks Maddie still doesn’t look like a cop?
  14. At some point all this ‘we got to take Prince down and get back at him’ has to happen. And they’ve set it up with multiple huddle meetings of Axe, Wags, Wendy and Taylor plus Chuck and Axe and Wendy. And then they fade out after they start talking. If it’s not a grand ending it’ll be disappointing.
  15. Some how I feel like this was all set up to take down Prince and the Governor becomes the Presidential candidate. How that ends up I have no clue.
  16. Just finished the second to last episode and in true style they set it up for Axe and crew to lose. Everything going against them. I just hope that it will end with its “what the f***!!!, I didn’t see that coming” moment where they’ve been planning this get back the whole season behind the scenes. Can’t wait until next week.
  17. I finished the first episode and man was it intense. Titus in my opinion is great.
  18. Yep, the Senate refusing to convict Trump and saying he can never run again is killing us. They lost their spine. They probably thought he would man up and go away thankful for the honor. We can only hope it will finally blow up in their face.
  19. Agree. He lacks any form of empathy or caring for anyone other than himself. The modern day Republican Party are the real RINO’s, Republican in Name Only and their leader is Donald Trump. It baffles me how scarred they are of this one person.
  20. Hey he’s a professional with SB kind of talent. He knows what he’s doing.
  21. I did miss the intro before the beginning credits and I watched the replay this morning. I thought Davidson did a good job on that with the tragedy going on in Israel. One thing about it is he knows who he is and what appeals to a group of people. But the skits overall were awful. I stopped watching when the musical guest came on so I didn’t see the last of it.
