  1. I really don't get how the casual fan understands this take while the $5M head coach who monitors daily practice doesn't execute when possessions call for it
  2. How the hell did BriLes install his offense with these scrubs, so quickly?
  3. Why are you here posting on a game thread you have no interest in? Shouldn't you be pouring vinegar on grilled chicken or are you researching Texas sports to try and understand Muchamp's better years?
  4. Gravy Train replied to WBT's topic in Football
LOL, noticed this thread so tuned in right to witmessy the Duggan pick-six Edit, 12-0 that was ugly
  5. Does that mean the BOMC is back next year?
  6. No... shit no, man! My Kool-Aid is sweeter than that. Someone hook this guy up with the transitive property decoder ring, configured to ULL vs Tulane. Effective running backs blowing out on dey asses is how one beats OU, by gassing their D-Line on grind-out drives and keeping the ball out of Rattler's hands.
  7. I'm willing to give credit to Mack for the 2009 Fiesta Bowl that followed, along with some magic from Coach Boom and the defense letting their nuts hang in Glendale. I always felt the 2009 Fiesta Bowl of Texas and Ohio State showcased the top two teams that year. It's the game that should have awarded the crystal trophy.
  8. OU's logo modified with the pink-stink and fisting hand motions... nice.
  9. @immamac: I'm in for one of the tickets and will gladly pitch in for the road trip/RV expense
  10. Fuck you, I ain't goin' anywhere.
  11. CFP expansion is what happens next. It's necessary for the realignment, necessary for the megaconferences and absolutely the right thing to do. Then we get our own SEC bagmen involved and piss everyone off on the next NSD. Eventually knock Bama down a peg and watch Saban retire. We (and OU fans) collectively laugh at Kirby Smart when he starts his next John Parker Wilson type QB and raise a brow when Leach tries recruiting Texas again. Neyland is pictured with more burnt orange in the stadium than safety-cone orange.
  12. Time for some new member flood control
  13. Boob [not ever attending a] Bowl [sby]
  14. The B12 Leadership furnished said rope behind our backs. Did nothing to build success on its member institutions.
  15. Go on.... ...beyond the collection of head gaskets and transmission synchro sets in the garage and Melissa Etheridge Radio on repeat in the Living Room
  16. He didn't make a mistake and even then, offered an apology, but cancel culture works both ways, and the ratings for Katie's opener isn't looking so great. Not ready for David Spade, either. I'm probably not in until Paradise resumes.
  17. Gotta get that Discount Tire road hazard warranty. Thing is, I don't even bother with Discount Tire anymore. These are on three-stage refinished HREs, Discount Tire would surely fuck up, so I switched to a mobile and enthusiast-oriented tire and wheel guy.
  18. Here's an excellent way to ruin my weekend and piss away $430 on a replacement tire. Was a new Continental Extreme Contact Sport in an odd size that I can't retrieve until Tuesday. I am now looking at LS/LT-swapped Jeeps to add to the stable.
  19. Bonus: The ACC remains absent after the Sweet Sixteen
  20. Is this where we have an opportunity to fix it with legislation, or pass it on to the taxpayer and look the other way, while using Trump as a convenient yesteryear talking-point of distraction?
  21. Matt has so poorly handled this season that I'm likely to just delete the DVR queue and stop watching for a while. Bring back BIP, or I'm out.
  22. We're not supposed to discuss enforcement of the current law and amnesty quotas already in place, are we? Humane means of immigration exist through consulates, but it's not a swift process, nor accommodating enough to the masses who annually exceed these quotas, to the tune of one million annually. It's that piece of the system that's actually "broken," right now, not enforcement or states' rights.
  23. "We're gonna fix immigration, but don't come now," type messaging, and likely poor PR by the White House to Mexico and the rest of Central America. The unfortunate collateral to granting DACA amnesty might influence families to send off more of their children, for at least an opportunity to enroll in public schools, find a free meal/shelter and potentially land a future DACA-type fortune. Free flights to other border towns and diverting FEMA resources to pick up for CBP is bad PR to the American taxpayer as well.
