  1. For those few, almost to the point of extinction, Surlies who aren't cutting edge, state of the art, playoff picture studying fans, here's where Hou stands: Looking at the standings, the only AFC team with any hope of pushing Houston out of the Wild Card would be the Colts, and they're two games back. The Colts also have to play Jacksonville (the team 1 game up on Houston) this weekend, so either the Colts will be knocked out of the playoffs, or Houston will move into a tie for first, assuming we beat the Chargers. We split with Jacksonville this year, 7 points each way. The Chargers are 1-1/2 back of Denver, but guaranteed a playoff spot, so Hou might have a psychological advantage. Should be a great game TOMORROW (SAT) at 3:30pm ON THE NFL NETWORK. I guess we could lose both remaining games, the second one being the Colts, and the Colts win two, but even then, for some unknown reason, sounds like we have the tie-breaker since ESPN gives us a 97% chance of making the playoffs. (2025 NFL playoff picture: Updated odds, seeds, draft order)
  2. Talk about PI. The fix is in
  3. KC shoulda just let 'em score on that play. Even the fucking Chiefs knew what Denver was doing. Stupid fuck on the D Line
  4. Jerry Jones is the Antonio Salieri of pro football. He loves the sport, he's just really shitty at it.
  5. Thanksgiving Day Miracle, a long time ago, end of game, I think. Note Jerry jumping for joy signaling our victory, and then... Leon Lett.
  6. This is the time of the year when Cowboy players realize that if they don't play hard, they could get fired.
  7. Sorted by Recently updated, Cowboys thread about #20, updated last Mon, not two minutes ago during Cowboy game. Didn't see a better sort option (didn't look too hard)
  8. Dak is in control! Gearing all efforts towards moving out of last place next season! Jerry to hire Assistant Assistant Secondary Coach (currently unemployed).
  9. They have a new toy in Jordan. Maybe they'll figure out how to use him and surprise some people on the offensive side. Give the D some rest. Could be a winning formula. I think the league is realizing that you must have a solid run game these days... and a good tight end who can make yards after the catch.
  10. The Texans face the Chargers (who pummeled the Cowboys today) next Saturday. Then Indy the following weekend TBD
  11. We're one back the Jags. They play Indianapolis in Indiana. Toughest opponent remaining. One foot and a butt
  12. Careful. You'll be told to quit being a fan for such language.
  13. Need one more first down.... Okay, need ONE MORE first down
  14. Stroud reminds me of Dak
  15. Milton used his free hand to adjust his helmet instead of protecting the ball. Nice scramble otherwise... dumbass
  16. Clottenschotter to Jerruh in interview: I'm cheap. You can get me for less than any other HC candidate in the league, then you can quit worrying about getting turned down for interviews with quality NFL coaches who want to be paid market value.
  17. Nice Dak. Keep on keeping on. Bateman: "Also, the passion isn't always there as San Diegoans have a lot going on and a lot to do. It's not football all day, all the time." Same could be said for Metroplex QBs making $50mil. THey've got better things to do then help their team improve
