Eat what I’m supposed to and when I’m supposed to.
Start at 10 minute walk on day 1 and add a minute a day they say until 30 minutes. At 30 days all exercise is ok. Body weight stuff recommended for first 6 months. Squats, push ups, lunges etc. walking. 30 minutes cardio and 30 body weight training. After 6 months lift real weights if you want. See what that looks like.
If you are asking something else not sure, have to phrase the question differently.

Body weight can go a long way. You'll be ready for the 10,000 burpee thread by 2024. Good luck!

  2. Can I say fuck dish network?  I mean I would never pay for their product but my parents do and I use there login for LHN, and it hasn't worked since Thursday and doesn't appear they will be up and running by tonight.

It seems the simplest solution would be to make the Astros available to everyone on MLB.TV.  I hope the time crunch forces them to.

This. They already have the platform...don't need another partner.  Just let the people who want to pay to watch baseball be able to do it.  From anywhere...

I wish. Meant Tier 4 based on the season ticket seat map. This will be my third year having two tickets in Section 114 Row 14 and with the donation being frozen now, it’ll take a lot for me to upgrade for a while. I don’t mind the upper endzone view, just being in the stadium is enough for me. I figure there will still be at least two seats together in the Cotton Bowl after the priority selections are made, but I definitely liked having the tickets secured in the mid-summer.

I'm also <$500 donor and noticed they took ou ticket guarantee off the chart.  But the ticket limits for the upper donors haven't really changed much so I assume we'll still get our turn in the loyalty point ranking to select tickets. Unless it's saying that a new $500 donor with lower loyalty point will select before me. If so that's some bull shit for sure, but "loyalty" doesn't really mean much with the AD.

I've read the same things everyone else had about Miller's car blocking the victim's car. But then I read the cousin of the victim, who returned fire from inside the jeep with his own gun, was able to drive away. It's not like the two statements are completely incongruent...but they're a little incongruent.

I'm guessing he got moving after a couple of bullets went into his windshield.

Here is what realstreamhub says about FloSports games. Not sure if it works, but seems like a ton of work.

    Games on Flo Sports notes:

    1. Go to Link
    2. Look under "Live & Upcoming" (may need to scroll over}
    3. RIGHT click on game stream and select "show all controls" to unmute and expand screen
    4. It will take a few seconds for pixelation to clear up
    5. Stream will stop after about 2 minutes--refresh and it will return, then back to Step 3....

Well it does appear you watch the preview for about 1-2 min at a time. This would be a horrible way to watch anything though.

What I’m really wondering, it’s pretty warm out today but the temps are going to drop for the next few days. I’m wondering if I start it up now when the water temp is, say 65, it will be quicker than if it’s at 55. Once temp is met it will just have to maintain the higher temp. Or is it all the same because I’ll be fighting the lower temps?

What should I set it at? 80?

80 is the minimum but I like more like 85F when it's still a bit cool outside.  You never said how big your pool and heater is.  Mine is 13K gallon and 400k heater which heats 2.5 to 3 degrees an hour so only need 10 hours to get it nice and comfortable.  Heat it the day before your party and have a little alone time in it, then the next morning it should only take a few hours to get it back.

I just find it hard to believe that the Mercer-Texas Wednesday Night game is sold out. That's...impossible.

But I see I can buy them on Stubhub for pretty cheap so...not sure what is going on. Why would you buy up UT tickets just to sell them for $4 each?

I'm don't know how many season tickets we normally have but the whole stadium seems like a big jump. Maybe it's just a growing fan base along with all of college baseball, but I do think people missing out on basketball and realizing baseball is much cheaper is playing a part.

As far as resale, you can see the LSU and Tech series listed for $50+ on Stubhub even for the $175 season ticket sections (L/R 3-4).  Only have to sell 4 games at that price to get your money back. We'll see how the market plays out though.

  9. I think the Moody Center being sold out to season ticket holders definitely contributed to increased season ticket sales on baseball.  You can get a season ticket in baseball for close to one game secondary market in basketball.  Having said that, I think the Moody Center being sold out and people making money on the secondary market contributed to increased baseball season tickets for people strictly hoping to make money.

I don’t pretend to understand NET but we sure look a lot like Tennessee for there to be a 6 spot delta between us.  At least what was displayed as far as record splits for location and quads.  Maybe margin of victory and other things are factored in that make the difference?

It's the efficiency rankings (basically kenpom).  Tennessee's is #1 in defense.

Have an EGO electric chainsaw ready for pickup at Lowes.   Is that everyones plan this weekend?   Cut the fallen branches and then do what?  Bonfire for the next few weeks?   Haul it off?

For my area (SW), large brush pickup week happens to start Monday. If people are able to get their shit out, it's going to take them weeks. Wouldn't surprise me if the city came up with some excuse to postpone or skip it.

I'm coming to the conclusion that it may be time to give up on landscaping here in Austin.  Tough to find trees / plants that can survive 110F with no rain for 4 months + ice storms + sub 20F weather for a week at a time + 70 mph windstorms in the spring.  Maybe just synthetic grass the whole damn yard?

This is what my wife has been saying...why bother fixing this shit. The holly hedges I planted along the fence after 2021 are starting to get big but 2 got clobbered by a giant limb falling on them.
