  1. Wouldn’t the police assume that Jayson has the bag? Tom knows Robbie had it, he found Robbie dying, and knows Jayson got away. Pretty safe assumption to think that Jayson stabbed him a got the bag, no? Glad Maeve got the cash. She deserves it for being willing to put up with Wyatt. Good to see that dude’s wife is a good person by selling the dope and delivering the cash to Maeve. Hope Robbie told her to take a piece and escape. A lot still to wrap in this finale next week
  2. I’m glad they made Grasso the mole and not some crazy double-secret mole situation. as mentioned, feels like we’re gonna get a few flashbacks in the next episode(s) as we’ve already got the players in place for the final showdown. I still think Maeve has a key role to play in the outcome. It would be disappointing if her arc is essentially done for the season. Just not sure how they insert her back in the “action.” Is the showrunner a WWE fan? Robby’s kids’ names a nod to some fallen superstars “Wyatt” and “Harper”?
  3. Out of left field: for some reason, I get the feeling Grasso is there to “investigate” Tom and it has something to do with him being a former priest. Like Tom knows about some stuff that went down and that’s the real reason he left. Like I said, wild theory. But the previous signals in this show have proven correct (e.g. Eryn as noted above) and now we have obvious signs from Plimpton (which is so obvious it feels like a swerve). So the show runners feel like they “have” to throw in some major curveball. I hope I’m wrong and they focused on a tight three final episodes to wrap this.
  4. Yeah pretty sure the older daughter spelled it out. Something’s up with her - after they brought Ruffalo home with a severe concussion and they specifically said “no alcohol” she goes to talk to him with a glass of wine in her hand. Super cool thing to do for your dad (yes, I know he had already poured himself a glass).
  5. Sorry, poorly worded on my part should have read “did Kirsh advise Boy…”. Said more plainly, does Boy know that Arthur is dead?
  6. As a Berkeley grad, you’re not looking at the Tree? They held an inordinate amount of power in the Pac. I always felt it was their influence on Larry was what led him to the brilliant idea of focusing on the Olympic sports, which can’t pay for themselves, instead of focusing on the one thing that funds all of the other programs. SC left because they had to. UCLA should be diverting a good portion of their BIG share to SC for being close and agreeing to take them.
  7. I can’t recall, did Kirsh advise that Arthur was unalived? If not, my guess is he thinks they’ll round Arthur back up (he knows he didn’t get on the boat) and “implant” him. That gives him a smart person and he can also see how implanted Arthur interacts with Dame.
  8. Yeah, the BIG has made it clear where the West Coast teams sit in the pecking order with the schedule. Of their 9 BIG games, Washington plays FIVE teams coming off of a bye (including OSU and Illinois, who both travel to UW). Oregon has four (including, conveniently, Penn State, Indiana and Iowa). That’s not a random effect of the schedule generator. Not to mention the 9am games.
  9. Prognosis Negative - Brought the medical drama/thriller back to the big screen. Allowing for films like Outbreak and Contagion. Death Blow - Resurrected the vigilante genre after a long break from films like Taxi Driver and Death Wish. Paved the way for films like Man on Fire, the Equalizer, etc. Rochelle Rochelle - really established the coming of age tales with an erotic twist
  10. One of my neighbors is a former ucla player and doesn’t have one good word to say about Jarmond. Said he has alienated a lot of supporters by being a world-class douche.
  11. Impressive performance by Khamzat but dude, you gotta figure out a way to finish that fight. Kudos to DDP for continuing despite being dominated. A lot of dudes would have looked for a way out after the way the first couple rounds went. MVP vs Izzy would be fun Prates looked good and that elbow was nasty. I actually thought Pico was looking pretty good and then… boom. Lights out.
  12. Fam went with my dad a little while back because he had a gift card or something. I hadn’t been in a while (at least a few years) and it was awful. The “special” that was advertised was apparently not at that location, and I don’t even remember what I got. I just remember it was pretty unanimous from our group that every plate was not good. I had always thought outback used to be pretty reliably “fine”. Not amazing, but fine. Even my dad, who will eat anything, was like “that was awful. I’m not going back there.”
  13. Big move. Wasn’t on my radar at all that this was in the works. I had an IG reel say that the cost to watch all events in 2025 will be $1,160 while the same in 2026 will be $120. I’ll take that for sure. Hopefully DC is an espn employee and he doesn’t move with the UFC.
  14. I notice they only preview episode one. Is that because they don’t want to reveal that episodes 2 thru 15 are the return of Josh Harris telling us that his dad was a legend and how much he misses him?
  15. This right here. My wife and daughter had this on for background noise this weekend when I walked in. I’m the only one who sat down and watched to the end. I didn’t realize how much I like this movie…
