  1. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2016_Democratic_Party_presidential_primaries Bernie lost the primary. It is simple. He didn't get enough votes. He wasn't blocked. He lost. Bernie bros have a bad rep for this kind of stuff.
  2. The report identifies and analyzes 10 episodes of concern in the obstruction investigation: - conduct involving then-FBI Director Comey and Michael Flynn; - the president’s reaction to the continuing Russia investigation; - the president’s termination of Comey; - the appointment of a special counsel and efforts to remove him; - efforts to curtail the special counsel’s investigation; - efforts to prevent public disclosure of evidence; - further efforts to have the attorney general take control of the investigation; - efforts to have White House Counsel Don McGahn deny that the president had ordered him to have the special counsel removed; - conduct toward Flynn, Manafort, and a redacted individual (likely Roger Stone); and - conduct involving Michael Cohen. Each episode includes a detailed set of factual findings and then analyzes how the evidence maps onto the criminal charge of obstruction, which requires (1) an obstructive act; (2) a nexus with an official proceeding; and (3) a corrupt intent. The critical point is that in six of these episodes, the special counsel’s office suggests that all of the elements of obstruction are satisfied. In the cases of Comey’s firing, Trump’s effort to fire Mueller and then push McGahn to lie about it, and Trump’s effort to curtail the scope of the investigation, Mueller describes “substantial” evidence that Trump intended to obstruct justice. Only in one instance—concerning Trump’s effort to prevent the release of emails regarding the Trump Tower meeting—does the special counsel seem to feel that none of the three elements of the obstruction offense were met. https://www.lawfareblog.com/what-mueller-found-russia-and-obstruction-first-analysis
  3. Hillary’s primary flaw was that right wing media, talking heads, and Fox News lambasted her for decade so that people just assumed Hillary = corruption, even though there isn’t any evidence. also the whole both sides are same narrative falls completely apart as soon as you compare trump with Obama. They are a reflection of their electorate
  4. The only barrier that blocked Bernie was getting less votes in the primary.
  5. There was also a crime that directly implicated Trump. The investigation found evidence with Cohen that there was a campaign finance conspiracy with trump being individual 1. That was spun to SDNY.
  6. I was only really referring to the conspiracy with Russians with the Dems using until election. The obstruction item is a separate deal that should also be vetted and may be labeled a crime. Combine that with Individual 1’s campaign finance violations there me be several “criminal” acts by POTUS.
  7. Since we know there won’t be impeachment cause GOP, the game shifts to Dems using the report, hearings, etc. to rub the GOP’s face in this until the election.
  8. Imagine this sentence: "The woman's efforts to have her husband killed were mostly unsuccessful, but that is largely because the hitman who the woman hired declined to carry out orders or accede to her requests."
  9. I haven't seen anyone saying this. I'm not on twitter though
  10. It’s not a conspiracy theory that trump's Secretary of State labeled Wikileaks as a hostile intelligence service. Or that mueller described Organization 1 in the gru/guccifer indictment. Or that mueller described Wikileaks as coordinating the timing with Stone. Those are all facts
  11. Meh... aclu and hostile intelligence service... same thing! #teamtrump
  12. I’m glad we are on the same page that pressuring other countries to do things isn’t nefarious. Assange is indicted for conspiring with Manning to hack a government database. Read the unsealed indictment from March 2018. Sweden had issued an arrest warrant in 2010 for sexual assault and rape. He breached bail in 2012 and London police issued an arrest warrant. Wikileaks is named as Organization 1 in the Mueller hacking indictment. Wikileaks coordinated with guccifer 2.0 - gru - and released stolen emails in a way to “have a much higher impact.” Mueller disclosed in court filings in Feb that Stone and Wikileaks coordinated on the timing of release of stolen email. It isn’t a coincidence that Wikileaks (who had been coordinating with the gru and Stone) dumped emails days prior to the dnc convention and hours after the access Hollywood tape release. If you don’t believe me, take Pompeo’s word. He called Wikileaks a non-state hostile intelligence service abetted by state actors like Russia. He stated the gru used Wikileaks to release data. Pompeo is trump’s guy.
  13. All you have to do is accept that an empty vault is the same thing as the trump tower meeting to get dirt from Russia, sharing polling data with Russia, the secret trump Moscow project, firing fbi Director cause of Russia thing, and setting up backchannels with Russia. It makes perfect sense when you do that
  14. Free speech, freedom of the press doesn’t protect journalists from breaking the law. But that is what a trial is for - to figure that all out. My point, which I guess you agree, is that countries pressure other countries all the time and it isn’t something nefarious. We want our country to put pressure on other countries to bring criminals to justice, especially criminals acting at the behest of a hostile foreign country.
  15. I don’t recall. Did this come up in his recent confirmation hearing?
  16. If true, what is wrong with it? Countries pressure other counties all the time. Does this cross some moral boundary for you?
  17. Emoluments campaign finance conspiracy, individual 1 obstruction saying idiotic things being a dick But I’d rather he be on the GOPs 2020 ticket
  18. Bernie bro, Assange bro doesn’t like democrats. Color me shocked
  19. Voting third party in a two party system is counterproductive - unless you vote libertarian - those votes are woke af
  20. https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/barrs-spy-talk-emboldens-trumps-allies-ahead-of-mueller-report-release/2019/04/13/33ef0c12-5d35-11e9-b8e3-b03311fbbbfe_story.html?noredirect=on&utm_term=.79768738b633 Barr’s spy talk emboldens Trump’s allies ahead of Mueller report’s release
  21. Opposition research has always been done by campaigns. It is totally legal and appropriate. False equivalency. Collusion concerning stolen materials and campaign finance violations are not ok.
  22. Trump is an un-indicted co-conspirator related to campaign finance violations. Individual #1. POTUS is very likely a criminal. There is a lot of publicly known collusion between members of the trump campaign and Russia, even though the amount of evidence of a conspiracy does not reach the level of beyond a reasonable doubt. Its not ok for the trump campaign to meet with Russians to get dirt on Hillary. its not ok for the trump campaign to give polling data to Russia. its not ok for trump’s advisor to coordinate with a Russian cutout on release of stolen emails.
  23. Is a constitutional amendment going to prevent people from voting for a morally challenged corrupt liar? Is it the system or is it that one Party is currently susceptible to demagoguery?
