No help with the browser, but yes to looking at your startup items. Almost none of that shit is necessary. Type “msconfig” into windows search bar, select startup tab, uncheck all that shit(google if you don’t know what an item is).
There is nothing on you boat that would do anything more than trip a breaker there, if they are holding you responsible for that I’d tell them to fuck off.
No, private drive on 6 acres. Any moron would easily be able to see it was a bad idea to attempt and they were cautioned by my tenant not to do it beforehand. I wasn’t present, just got the phone call after the fact.
Had a tenant order a mattress. Delivery guys were told not to attempt going down a narrow, tree-lined, drive with their massive truck. They did it anyway and took out a mature oak tree. Tree is broken at trunk and completely down. I'm trying to figure out what to ask for from these dumbasses. Obviously the cost to remove the downed tree and replant a new oak, but there is no buying a tree of the size comparable to what was destroyed. Is there some way to put a value on the tree?
Hyundai sante fe. They make two different versions. A “sport”and one with 3 rows. I know this because I bought one for wife and was super proud of meself. Unfortunately, she was too uppity for the Hyundai, but I thought it was a lot of car for the money, seriously.
B&S 23hp v-twin. When I start it up one of the valve covers fills with gas. So much so that it blows a vacuum hose coming out of valve cover off and spews fuel everywhere. Fuel is also getting in crankcase and contaminating oil. I’ve had carb off and everything appears fine. I replaced head gasket on that side. No change. Any ideas?
Forgot about this. I did end up purchasing the property. I scrapped the vacation rental idea and have three long term tenants in each unit. Sold another rental house and used a 1031 Exchange to buy this new property.
Since it runs normally on external source, it’s obvious your prob lies in fuel system somewhere before you connect the auxiliary fuel source. There ain’t much there to look at. My guess is the pickup in you tank.
Can’t give a rec because I don’t do the fly fishing, but there is a new(been here 1 year) place in Wimberley called ReelFly. Orvis dealer and other nice stuff, advertises guided stuff.
Yea, cut in with good angled brush and forget the tape. You’ll get the hang of it. Masking is a pain in the ass. Have a damp rag to wipe any mess up off ceiling, don’t worry about any mess up on base molding when cutting in wall because base is painted last and it will be covered, any mess up on floor while painting base can be cleaned with razor after dry.
