  1. Nobody cares what position he was recruited at or played. The point was he was ass on the field and is still ass off the field.
  2. That’s former Longhorn WR Darius Terrell, he was a better football player than he is a 9.95er and his career included 1 catch for 3 yards. He’s probably the worst/least informed person associated with Texas 9.95 sites.
  3. That’s not even the tough one that weekend. Duce Robinson is doing the same thing playing on Friday at 7 in Phoenix and then schedule to be in Austin at 11 Saturday, all while losing 2 hours coming East. At least Hall will gain an hour on his flight.
  4. Both things are correct, some notes on that season from Wikipedia. The 2007 season became known for the "Curse of the No. 2", where the team ranked No. 2 by the AP Poll was defeated seven times in the final nine weeks of the regular season:[5] Stanford defeated No. 2 USC, 24–23, on October 6 at Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum. This result was particularly notable for the fact that USC was favored to win the game by 41 points, having carried winning streaks of 35 games at home and 24 games in Pac-10 play into the matchup. Both streaks ended with this loss. Oregon State defeated No. 2 California, 31–28, on October 13 at California Memorial Stadium. Rutgers defeated No. 2 South Florida, 30–27, on October 18 at Rutgers Stadium. Florida State defeated No. 2 Boston College, 27–17, on November 3 at Alumni Stadium. Arizona defeated No. 2 Oregon, 34–24, on November 15 at Arizona Stadium. No. 4 Missouri defeated No. 2 Kansas, 36–28, on November 24 at Arrowhead Stadium in a Border War rivalry game. This was the only such upset where the winning team was also ranked. Pittsburgh defeated No. 2 West Virginia, 13–9, on December 1 at Mountaineer Field in a Backyard Brawl rivalry game. West Virginia was knocked out of contention for the BCS National Championship on the final weekend of the regular season. The No. 1 and No. 2 ranked teams had not lost in the same week of the season since 1996. In 2007 alone, No. 1 and No. 2 fell during the same weekend three times, including in both of the final two weeks of the regular season: No. 1 LSU lost to Kentucky 43–37 in three overtimes, and No. 2 California lost to Oregon State 31–28 on October 13. No. 1 LSU lost to Arkansas 50–48 in three overtimes on November 23, and No. 2 Kansaslost to No. 4 Missouri 36–28 on November 24. No. 1 Missouri lost to No. 9 Oklahoma 38–17 in the Big 12 Championship Game, and No. 2 West Virginia lost to Pittsburgh 13–9 on December 1.
  5. It wasn’t TFB, random guy from Florida.
  6. Believe he has pictures yesterday or Monday on his Instagram that appeared to be him shooting a commitment video. Not going to worry much at all about this one, if the Aggies couldn’t bug him Georgia ain’t either.
  7. He said he wasn’t concerned about Gullett…
  8. Seen this guys tweets shared several times on different Horn message boards and they all have 1 thing in common, they fucking suck.
  9. Muhammad on Saturday morning hence the Sark before brunch tweet Wednesday night. Gerry said he thinks Mitchell announces Sunday.
  10. Usually Hayes specifies if it’s a commitment announcement, more then likely a top 3 of Texas, A&M and Bama. Hopefully this is just the prelude to a weekend commitment, everyone know Brunch happens on Saturday/Sunday.
  11. Didn’t know @Sbbruin was Stewart.
  12. I mean identifying that they’re actual 1st cousins and not some distant bullshit or “cousins” seems like a relevant data point.
  13. Wells also mentioned in the thread that Walton’s mom and Malik Muhammad’s dad are brother/sister.
  14. Well he’s on a OV this weekend so it would be awfully weird if he was just hanging out at the house instead of at the game.
  15. The tweet clearly states it’s the 4th fastest time and there are several articles referencing this as well, maybe it’s the 4th fastest indoor time? Also would like to point out he does it without any blocks.
  16. They’ve been really really bad at the portal coverage, don’t forget they said the UTEP WR Cowan entered the portal with the intention of coming to Texas only for neither side to ever show interest.
  17. 247 has him taking an OV to Texas Sept. 25, weekend of the Tech game.
  18. A Sooner fan with almost a 1,000 posts on a Longhorn board talking about living rent free in somebody else’s head is an amazing lack of self awareness.
  19. There’s this thing called the transfer portal…
  20. I believe Gerry said the kid was filming a commitment video and expect sometime early November.
  21. Gerry Hamilton said Traylor is #1 on the Tech list by a long margin and they’re willing to offer him 4 million a year, 1.5 for each coordinator plus a large budget for other assistants and expanding personnel/recruiting department.
  22. Maybe they process Trevell Johnson and add Lander Barton in his spot.
  23. Terry Joseph needs to be shown the fucking door for a real CB coach that has skins on the wall, Corey Raymond would be nice right about now.
  24. His dad was an all conference player at Kentucky.
