  1. Just need to be crisper on both ends. If we come out sharper on Saturday and take game 2 and I feel really good about this series.

Agree. They looked really good at times and uncharacteristically sloppy at times. But sometimes that fucker just won’t go in the net no matter what you do.

  2. What are the tweaks?

Use one 6 oz can of tomato paste instead of tomato sauce.

Chop one medium white onion and one clove of garlic. Add these to the meat when you are browning it.

Use good quality ground sirloin and skip the step where you drain.

Use one bottle of Shiner Bock instead of water.
Add one fresh whole Jalapeño when you are simmering.

  3. Anybody catch the WFAA bit on Tender Smokehouse in Celina? Any of the Shag experts been there?

They are opening a location in Frisco where 3 stacks was. Hope they are good. 3 stacks was awful and not too impressed with the Hutchins Frisco location.

Even kept my ticket stub. Yeah, it was fun.

As Dylan's first full-fledged tour since 1966, it received an enormous amount of coverage from the music press, and it would prove to be very profitable. Top-dollar tickets were $9.50 (roughly $50 in 2017), an extravagant sum in 1974. The tour received 5.5 million pieces of mail applying for up to four tickets each. Sold by mail-order only, promoter Bill Graham claimed there were mail-order requests for more than twelve million tickets for the approximately half-million seats available for the shows[citation needed]. According to Clinton Heylin, it was estimated that $92 million worth of checks and money orders were sent in by close to 4% of the American population.
